I was really looking forward to this fight and the effort was terrific as was the drama with Williams pulling out the KO at the end but without trying to sound like a Negative Nerris ,it was a bit too messy for me to enjoy, not enough flow and too many breaks in the action
In saying all that i can see how people enjoyed it

i think the cut ruined it , also williams kept ducking his head low for me and corcoran was getting done for it

I was out last sat so had to watch all my boxing sun/mon so i might have been a bit less appreciative of some boxing especially Williams/Corcoran as it was late on
For me though De Carolis/Zeuge was the fight of the whole weekend

Yeah the cut didn't help matters, and the ref constantly on Gary's back didn't do him any favours either. I spoke to Gary the day after the fight and many times since the fight, and being the man that he is he had no excuses about losing the fight, he wants a rematch sure. He hasn't spoke publicly yet of the injuries he suffered in there cos he just wants to crack back on with his career and not really make a fuss, but i believe people will be surprised on how many injuries gary suffered which occurred during the fight which could of made a big difference to the outcome.
