What are people predicting?

I'm hoping the fight turns out this way because I put a bet on

Green outboxes him with that long stiff jab for about 4 rounds. Green may land some power punches. All his punches, including his jab are very tense and taxing on Green. Watts is able to take the punches (I've never seen a Watts fight and I can't find any on youtube so I'm going in blind), he's able to take the punches better because he's bigger (I'm hoping). Green tires after he has thrown his hardest punches after and Watts is still there. Green then spends rounds 5-7 shooting one punch off at a time, predominately the jab. He gets even more tired because the jab is so tense. Watts is able to withstand it all and starts connecting well around round 5-7. Then it may go to the cards or Watts knocks him down a few times.

Or....Green hurts watts early and has full confidence and doesn't tense up and loose his fitness and wins.

Just my opinion.

Imagine if watts knocks him down multiple times and Green gets the decision...on all three cards lol.

I didn't actually mind this scrappy fight. I think a lot of the rounds were pretty close and watts gave a good showing. Green took over as the fight progressed and had i gone 12 very likely would have koed watts.

A mate offered me a ticket late afternoon, so I went along. Had good seats fortunately.

The packed house got a bit bored with proceedings at various stages during the main event, and IMO justifiably so. It was by no means a great spectacle.

Watts gave a really good account of himself even if the judges barely noticed he was there. The Victorian crowd got behind Watts at various stages of the fight too.

Green has slipped a long way but his concentration and experience got him home in the end.

7 people in the poll (41%) got the result correct.

Like a few others I underrated Kane Watt's chin. Sure Green dropped him a few times but he just kept getting up. Watts gave it a red hot go and anyone who doubted his resolve got it very wrong.

It is believed Kane Watts will now retire.

What a way to go out. Fighting one of his idols in front of a packed Hisense arena who at times loudly chanted his name.

I would have liked to see it be a 12 rounder as i said green certainly started to find his rythem later on . He is but a shadow of his former self and boy did he look slow at the start. I think if watts jumped on him early it could have been a quick one. I would say the version of green that fought cameron would have ended watts in 5 and that same version of green would be far far far to much for mundine. But if green doesn't have another tune up before mundine then i honestly think he is in for a rough night of chasing choc around the ring and we will see a replica of their 2006 clash. I want green to win the rematch so i hope he is a little bit organized and takes it seriously. He should fight at least once more this year against a similar oppenent to watts

Paid for the PPV and was pleasantly surprised. The main event was more competitive than i thought it would be and Green seemed to have improved since Bolonti. The undercard was entertaining. Was it a $50 card - No. Was it better than I expected - Yes

Kane had nothing left half way threw the last round. Didn't even have the energy to throw a hail mary or two.

Green needs to take enough power into the rematch to be able to ice Mundine and enough speed to be able to deliver it. In his favour is Mundine has slowed up enormously since 2006. But so has Green.

Absolutely. I was one of the many who underestimated Kane Watt's chin. Green dropped him a few times but he couldn't put him away. Tough boy and good on him if he wants to go out before boxing chews him up and spits him out like it has so many before him.
