A sad state of affairs. I hope Tom comes out of it well, gets a nice cheque and gets out of the game. He had a good run a few years ago but its over now. I wish him all the best

First time he gets biffed Dallas will go over. With all due respect to Tom Dallas who comes across as a nice enough fella....what is the point of fighting?? I understand to a degree a tough journeyman who gets paid and goes the distance more often than not. But repeatedly getting chinned in a round or two. Clearly isn't good physically or mentally and I don't believe he can be getting any kind of serious wedge for it either. Has he nobody around him that cares enough to tell/ask/beg him to stop?

A little bit of history and he can win it outright with the sort of 90/10 tests prospects need to develop.

Allen seemed surprised that the KO punch did that much damage. Good thing Dallas is finally calling it a day.

If that's true can the board take action against Allen? He basically is admitting that he agreed to a fixed fight?

I'm pretty sure he was saying that he wanted to take it the distance and practice on certain things as opposed to just throwing leather and trying to get him out of there asap.

So forcefrasier got it wrong? Allen's reaction to the KO in the ring makes the gentleman's agreement thing make even more sense. Fighters can't be fixing fights before the fight surely?
