I don't venture in those part of the site that often but surely nobody can make Horn a favourite against Garcia as of now?

I'm not even sure if Horn would beat Sam Eggington. Horn has struck me as solid but nothing special, and his opposition leaves a lot to be proven; he's in a tough division and I think it's very debatable that he's fought anyone who was among the best 50 fighters at the weight.

According to matchmaker Stu Duncan :
"Lamont Peterson, Konstantin Ponomarev & Bradley Skeete were all offered the last fight, the one Mueller accepted, with plenty of notice and good purse, and they all knocked it back".
