I wouldn't have thought so mate. If you're a first offender they're hardly going to send you down for lamping a guy in a kebab shop. He must've had previous. I'm sure I read he was banned from a lot of pubs up that way so he must have been a bit of a rascal once upon a time.

A guy I know up there said the MacAlisters are the family nobody messes with in Aberdeen. This was around 10 years ago.

My dad fought a Jim McAllister once or twice in the amateurs,from Aberdeen,he was apparently from a well known family up that way,for some reason I think its Lee's dad

I know Lee's brother David posts on here, maybe he could put me right?
