Who are they, by your logic there must be loads.
There are.samwbr wrote:Who are they, by your logic there must be loads.
You're just unable to name them.Horse wrote:There are.samwbr wrote:Who are they, by your logic there must be loads.
Nobody bar a handful of involved parties could credibly name them but that doesn't mean that there aren't any.samwbr wrote:You're just unable to name them.Horse wrote:There are.samwbr wrote:Who are they, by your logic there must be loads.
Who are the reported and rumoured names then? There must be some. I'm not a massive Brook fan boy but he has never struck me as a ducker .CaptainSpacerod wrote:Nobody bar a handful of involved parties could credibly name them but that doesn't mean that there aren't any.samwbr wrote:You're just unable to name them.Horse wrote:There are.
By the law of averages Brook's been at world level for too long to not have had the chance to have fought more world class operators.
He's been IBF champ for over 2 years. It beggars belief to suggest that in those two years offers to fight other top welterweights didn't arrive. I've heard Bradley's name mentioned, Spence and Thurman too.samwbr wrote:Who are the reported and rumoured names then? There must be some. he had 2 mandatories in that time plus he was out injured for a period too then the Golovkin fight was made after the Vargas fight fell through. Spence wasn't in the frame until the last 6 months, were the others willing to come over and fight the champion? Or even strongly linked?CaptainSpacerod wrote:He's been IBF champ for over 2 years. Where were these names mentioned over the last 2 years? There certainly has been no press reports of any offers from them to fight Brook.CaptainSpacerod wrote:He's been IBF champ for over 2 years.
