Nobody bar a handful of involved parties could credibly name them but that doesn't mean that there aren't any.

By the law of averages Brook's been at world level for too long to not have had the chance to have fought more world class operators.

He's been IBF champ for over 2 years. It beggars belief to suggest that in those two years offers to fight other top welterweights didn't arrive. I've heard Bradley's name mentioned, Spence and Thurman too.

he had 2 mandatories in that time plus he was out injured for a period too then the Golovkin fight was made after the Vargas fight fell through. Spence wasn't in the frame until the last 6 months, were the others willing to come over and fight the champion? Or even strongly linked?

Where were these names mentioned over the last 2 years? There certainly has been no press reports of any offers from them to fight Brook.
