Tell then everybody here how you scored that 5th round.

Ok, I understand, that request was a bit harsh on my part given your view of the incident, from Pac's jock.
Let's try a less painful request. List my aliases.
That should be easy enough for you given that you have ardently accused me of having multiple accounts more than once.

Yes I scored round 10 for Ward.
The only round I gave Kovalev in the second half was rd 8 and that was by 1 scoring punch. I gave rd 12 to Ward by 1 scoring punch also, but easily that could yield a 4 point swing from one card giving those to Ward or Kovalev.
Most of the rounds from 7 to 12 were fairly close IMO. Rounds 1-6 were fairly easy to score IMO.

I thought it was a fairly straightforward fight to score.
I completely agreed with Harold's card, 116-111 Kovalev. I thought there were only two really tight rounds, 5 and 9. I gave one of those to Kovalev and one to Ward.
Hearing many comments about Kellerman's bias for Ward... but guess what, he ultimately ended up being right.
I think in many of the rounds people gave to Ward, they failed to see who controlled the ring and instead focused on the ineffective body jabs that Ward was landing... or attempting to land.

How does one get 17-1 of those close rds in favor of Ward?
A coincidence, without doubt.

Or, heaven forbid, the judges saw the fight similarly from different angles.

They definitely did. The main question is what influenced that highly unlikely coincidence.

The decision went to Ward.
This decision absolutely was not a robbery, it was a close fight that could have went either way and now their are a lot of whiners who can't handle the fact that it didn't go their way.
This decision was NOTHING BUT a robbery.. Only a ridiculously biased person would score the fight for Ward. The reason this was so bad is NSAC appointed 3 American judges and an American referee. They didn't even go for the appearance of a level playing field.. You'll notice in Kovalev's previous fight the Russian commission appointed an American referee and 3 internationally neutral judges.. That's how you do it, but the Nevada commission is as corrupt as Hell.. After Mayweather complained about Tony Weeks' refereeing he got Kenny Bayless for his last 3 fights as I predicted.. He's Floyd's favorite referee.. Sometimes you get incompetent judges like CJ Ross -- and sometimes you get corrupt judges.. These guys all wanted Ward to win.

Kovalev is a United States citizen, and has been for at least 2 years. He has fought in Russia 3 times, Canada twice, and the rest in the United States. He is 30-1-1. I can help you with the math if needed. Any moron can claim a biased judge or ref claim, but in this case it is laughable.

Are you trying to tell me an American judge looks at Kovalev and sees an American?
The guy is Russian. That is an irrefutable fact.
To an unbiased judge that will not matter of course.
I am not making an accusations what so ever in this thread, however, if as Kalan claimed, the judges were corrupt and biased, the "United States citizen" bit you threw in there would not even register with them and you know that fine well.

Although I disagree about the result being a robbery and I think the only round Ward received that he didn't deserve was the 10th, this is still pretty freaking funny.

Rewatch the third: Ward clinched 7 times, ran around the ring, managed 2 touching jabs and he won that rd?

I'd still love to know why the hell each judge gave Ward the 10th; worst judged round of the fight by far.
Did Andre earn bonus points for getting smacked while showboating?

Ward did more damage that round. His head hurt Kovalevs left hand. Also his horrid breath was used both offensively and controlled the smell of the ring (ring generalship).

I've watched the fight twice and scored the 3rd to Ward both times - it's a swing round that could easily be scored even, it's the lowest action round of the fight and neither guy did much. Compubox had Kovalev landing 4 of 27, Ward 5 of 22.

Kovalev dominated through 6... Even Ward's friend Roy Jones said so -- giving Kovalev each of the 1st 6 rounds... Ward did take 3, possibly 4 rounds, but he needed knockdowns or huge rounds after the 6th round and his rounds were all close... The first 2 rounds were decisive for Kovalev, and Ward blew the 10th.

Dominated is a stretch - rounds 3 through 6 were very close - I thought Ward edged the 3rd and 5th, while Kovalev edged the 4th and 6th. Upon re-watching, I scored the 5th even. Ward won the 7th very clearly and for me, edged the 8th, 9th and 11th, while the 12th was another pick-em round. I agree that Kovalev clearly won the 10th.

Just judge for yourself, Stiverne, Arreola, Holyfield, Tarver, Toney, it's not like a coincidence or something.

Are you saying that the 3 judges considered this an American fighting an American? Is that what you are saying? If so, you are even more moronic than we all thought. The judges went out of their way to hand Ward the uneventful rounds in this one. Clearly, Ward received home cooking and you are ridiculous if you don't see that.

Even if he is, he definitely kept his Russian citizenship too.
