Not all that interested. Hopefully, the fight concludes in Tech Draw (accidental injury) so this farce can be repeated 10 years from now :-P

Green did a 7 minute interview on the nationally televised current affairs program 'The Project' at 7pm last night. Saw it without sound at a pub sports bar, so I have no idea what was discussed

But....I found a copy of it on Youtube :

The video of Green's interview on 'The Project' looks to have been pulled from Youtube - nothing unusual - they pull videos all the time.

It was a fairly light-hearted interview. Green did dispel the silly misconception there would be 10 kg difference in weight though, saying the difference would be more like 4 kgs.

He didn't dispel it he just said it would be 4kg he also said Cameron,Wlodarczyk,Tarver outweighed him by 10kg but he doesn't know that. Mundines highest weight in boxing is 170lb in 2005 he was 154 in his last fight. It was a cheerleaders interviews.

Ticket sale updates varying from 'selling strongly" to "allocation almost exhausted". If accurate there is going to be a bumper crowd.

The agreed limit for the fight is 83 kg and Green will tip the scales at close enough to 83 kg.

Surely you are not trying to claim Mundine will weigh in at 73 kg?

That's how low he would need to come in at for there to be 10 kg difference and you only have to look at his pre-fight training pics to see that won't be the case.

Green will hit the scales at 83 but come fight time he'll be a fair bit over that. I know it still won't be 10kgs difference but he is and will be the bigger man.

Nobody doubts Green will be the bigger man. For starters he is 2 inches taller and has been fighting in higher weight divisions. But the "10 kg difference" claims being throw around are intentionally inaccurate.

20,000 sold already. Mundine apparently looks poor in sparring.

I'm former SA resident & ring official and simply can't see/imagine anywhere near 20k attendance at any combat sport fixture.
