Stiverne admitted he took a banned substance and didn't ASK for another test... VADA and the WBC love the boy and let him slide... Povetkin and Ryabinsky are the guys they hate -- they don't give a damn what Povetkin took or didn't take.. They want Povetkin and Ryabinsky destroyed.
