Already they are trying to boost the chance of a 2nd payday. Haye because he may well be skint (in the terms of the lifestyle he wants) and Bellew as he will be over the moon for another PPV payday. Haye in mainstream media stating "Bellew wont win a HW WC" and Bellew eulogising on sky sports news about how he took all that Haye threw at him for 5 rounds and Haye was "blowing".
Yawn. And suddenly the "needle" returns. What a crock of sh7t - if they do a rematch at Everton or something this will be a PPV I defiantly won't be ordering.

Yes, I believe so. Haye would have beaten him on points.
He couldn't plant his feet to load up on his power shots bit if he could, I think he would have stopped him.

He received £4.2 million for the fight. But maybe that's not enough.

Honestly don't know. It isn't just a case of Haye's best punches hadn't felled Bellew because the injury meant he couldn't put power into his punches for the second half of the fight. Bellew might have continued to take them or he might have been ground down. Equally until the injury not sure Haye looked in big trouble. He was miles ahead at that stage and even with it he was continuing to chase the fight so hard to say he'd have gassed in the second half. But equally would Bellew have got to him more or would Haye have gone for the knockout later and got caught? I think the odds would have favoured Haye going on to win had he not got injured but it is harder to say for sure because a lot could have happened in the second half anyway.
Haven't seen anything definitive but was Haye already carrying a problem there and was that why he couldn't produce the telling punch in the first place? I seem to recall there was a rumour of achilles problem in the build up.
