Who is talking about one sided beatdowns, what's great about that? Mosley v DLH's first fight, was hardly one sided, which is why it was a great fight.

I like to see spectacular punchers, but I much prefer a two way back and forth battle, where the pendulum swings back and forth.

Surely Froch wouldn't risk his lovely new nose?

People don't tend to bitch and whine about a one-sided beatdown.

However, if two top level fighters have a bit of trouble landing on each other, then they'll slag the fight off for years to come and mention how 'boring' the fight was to take credit away from the winner of the fight.

I did hear someone say he may not be allowed to box after having had a rhinoplasty, but that doesn't sound feasible to me.

As Charlie knew Alan pretty well, I took his advice.

I wouldn't want any of the best to come back, Calzaghe, Hatton, Lewis, none of the best would come back because they know it's the time to step away and even the ones who potentially could would know better and say no.

Froch is the only one who might now that Kessler has returned to the ring. Both have always had that 3rd fight in them but if they can or not. That's another matter all together.

I agree about Alex Arthur - too late now, but it was strange how is career just faded away after the Nicky Cook fight. Ended up fighting on non televised shows way up in weight.

Other than that, Bernard Dunne.... I don't want to go into the whole "british / irish" thing - but now there is a so many nice fights at Feather.

Didn't Alex Arthur have health issues that meant that he struggled to make the weight?

A fit Ovill McKenzie. He'd finally found a crest of a wave. He deserved to ride it.
