I think this fight is significantly closer as most people seem to realise.

He's solid, might win a round or two before he gets battered down.Impractical Poster wrote:I guess I should find a fight involving Indongo before the fight tonight so I can have a halfway educated prediction in it. Never seen this dude fight. Haven't been following the sport as closely over the past few years.
I just watched his Ko of Troyanovsky and highlights of the Burns fight. He definitely looks scrappy. Comes in a bit wide and kinda lunges in with his punches. But, he is the taller guy and a southpaw. Should be interesting in seeing how Crawford deals with being the shorter guy. Not sure I've seen him in that situation yet. Looking forward to it.SaadOffTheDeck wrote:He's solid, might win a round or two before he gets battered down.Impractical Poster wrote:I guess I should find a fight involving Indongo before the fight tonight so I can have a halfway educated prediction in it. I know Postol was taller, but orthodox if I remember right. Crawford will handle it well. He has a pretty long reach and good footwork.Impractical Poster wrote:I just watched his Ko of Troyanovsky and highlights of the Burns fight. He definitely looks scrappy. Teddy just thinks he knows everythingRon C wrote:Teddy Atlas being pretty cringeworthy in my opinion. I feel like he's purposely trying to clash with Ward
The televised undercard fights have been poor too, Reed bored the arse off me. Whyte' fight was just bizarre too.punchoutsb wrote:Can't wait for Crawford/Indongo but...

Boxing *really* needs to work on it's product. Get Teddy Atlas out of there, now. He is TERRIBLE. Something as simple as announcers that don't suck would improve this card 1,000%
The Stevenson fight sucked, Gvodzyk fight is starting well but I don't expect it to go long. But my goodness is it really that hard to get announcers that speak understandable English and don't constantly try and start fights with co-announcers while simultaneously crapping all over the product?Covfefe wrote:The televised undercard fights have been poor too, Reed bored the arse off me. My wife just asked if anyone has thrown a punch yet tonight...not a good sign.diddy wrote:Another absolutely god awful undercard.
Ahh, Reed has already been on? That's a relief. Wasn't listed on Boxrec and was worried there was another 12 rounds before the main event.Covfefe wrote:The televised undercard fights have been poor too, Reed bored the arse off me. Barrera would beat him too imodiddy wrote:Ward would beat Gvodzyk in ridiculously easy fashion.
Here we go then. 4.25am, small wager on bud inside the distanceRicky_ wrote:Tanzio wrote:I give The Indongo about a 15% chance. He is tall, long, southpaw, and more awkward than Postol. He has good enough pop to buzz Hitman Jr if he lands. If that happens early, it makes a number of scenarios more possible.Ricky_ wrote:
Well i stayed up to watch Lomachenko a couple of weeks back on yhe basis i think he's #1, but it was hardly worth it.
I think Indongo has even a 1 in 10 chance i could be convinced.
I'll stay up if i'm not too tired after a few lagers. I get extra grumpy on sundays if i've had 3 hours sleep due to a shitt fight.
