From the million rumors floating around it's a flat rate of 8.8 million pounds
That doesn't sound very much like someone wants to fight.
I'll await my judgement until either of the team's confirm.
But this is the offer that is being published by large newspapers and sports channels.
And even the British paper said it was an insult

thats $12.5m

wlder got 2m for ortz

how much should wlder get

plus offers tend to start low anyway then go up. if an actual offer went out its at least a start

From quotes by Hearn it is take it or leave it offer.
No way will they accept it. Wilder can stay in the states and just continue as he has

His win over Ortiz and high Showtime ratings will raise his value.
And yes take it or leave it means just that. This is the offer

no it doesnt mean no new offers wll be made. these thngs always happen and somethng new ends up being made in the end

maybe the ortz fght will rase deontays pay but no evidence so far that it has. certanly nothng close to 12.5m from the standard 1.4m hes got

how much should he get?

From all reports Parker made 33 1/3%
That should be the lowest offer.
A flat rate of £8.8 million on a fight that Hearn himself is an £80-100 million fight is a joke

I am really trying to postpone judgement until confirmed by either side.
But it's hard I have 100 articles popping up on my news feed stating the same numbers

What is more attractive to an American audiences than a heavyweight unification between 2 guys who are no machines?
2 guys who genuinely do not like each other.
If promoted correctly it will sell like hotcakes.

And no matter how much I dislike Hearn he is a promotional genius

So let's say it is 80 million dollar fight which is the low end of Hearn estimate.
You think it's fair wilder to get 12 compared to Joshua 60 million?

yet they already are both hw machines and there us numbers arent anythng close to 1.5m ppv level

get with the times. hw boxng aint that much of a deal in the us no more. the bggest draws of recent years have been smaller guy such as manny floyd oscar and canelo

canelo does way way way bgger us fgures then wlder and aj ....and ggg does around the same level as deontay...yet there fght 'only' did 1.3m ppv

to come anywhere close to 1.5m ppv in the us a lot more buildng would need to be done..includng aj fightng in the us before.

perspectve:

wlder gettng 40 percent of this supposedly gargantuan pot would mean he earns more then aj and wlad dd combine for there fght.

no way! its not THAT big of a fight

It's a different fight. What they made in a previous fights doesn't matter.

nowhere near several times financially bgger then aj vs wlad. and both aj and wlad already made far more then wlder going into that. wlad was earnng around 10m a fght already

total pot of 115m-140m? no

1.4m usd to suddenly 50m usd? simply no.

1.5m us ppv now? no

how can you be so sceptcal of hearn but then buy that nonsense?
