Wlad had a better skillset.
Vitali had a better chin, a far better one, what along with his size and power had made him look sorta invincible.

It was possible to find some holes in Wlad's defence and land on his not the hardest chin, but Viltali could just be an uncomfortable fighter to anyone.
:TU:

Foreman was an old man. An old man with thudding punching power and a wiser, and more mature fighter than when he was young. Relaxed and patient. Many fighters were "lucky" to have a shot at the title, so I don't take that into consideration here. He earned it and he won it.
well, as i said, wlad fought like a
young man and that is why his
exceeds george's performance.
If Wlad had fought like the younger version of himself there likely wouldn't have been a Round 7 in that bout.
if wlad had fought like the younger
version of himself there might not
have been a round six as well.

i don't get it why vitali left the exciting
career to little brother while he himself
could have gone for ATG status instead
of just having a belt.

He had so many injured parts...I agree he could've been an all-time great, if not for that. I've said it before, but he was some kind of brute!

My 9 y/o liked the countdown. It would've been a spectacle alright, but if not for the sibling status, I believe Vitali would have thrashed his younger brother. Not even close. I should mention, I'm not a huge fan of either.

Only if you could strip 'em both of their emotional attachment to each other.
