Don't really see how Hughie is even Top 20, let alone Top 10.
Well, actually going down closer to the 10th position everything is not very clear. Maybe it's a bit overrating for Hughie to be in top-10, he's definitely make top-20, I'd say.
1. Anthony Joshua (last fought: 3-31-2018)
2. Deontay Wilder (last fought: 3-3-2018)
3. Alexander Povetkin - (last fought: 3-31-2018)
4. Joseph Parker - (last fought: 3-31-2018)
5. Jarrell Miller - (last fought: 4-28-2018)
6. Luis Ortiz - (last fought: 3-3-2018)
7. Dillian Whyte - (last fought: 3-24-2018)
8. Carlos Takam - (last fought: 10-28-2017)
9. Tony Bellew - (last fought: 5-5-2018)
10. Andy Ruiz Jr. (last fought: 3-10-2018)
11. Dominic Breazeale (last fought: 2-25-2017)
12. Adam Kownacki - (last fought: 1-20-2018)

19. Dereck Chisora - (last fought: 3-24-2018)
20. Tom Schwarz - (last fought: 4-21-2018)
If you wanted to switch out Hughie for Schwarz I wouldn't argue with you too much, but Hughie basically seems to be highly regarded because he's a better fighters cousin.
Browne's last fought is incorrect. So is Breazeales.

Yeah sometimes I forget to update those elements properly. I adjusted them in the rankings following their bouts, but sometimes I forget to adjust the "Last fought" statistic.
I keep up with the "Last fought" thing because after 1 year of inactivity if somebody that's ranked doesn't have a scheduled bout I'll drop them from the rankings due to inactivity.
They can easily find themselves ranked again by stepping back in the ring, and getting a W, but I feel like if you're just sitting on the shelf then the ranking rightfully belongs to guys that are staying active and trying to advance their careers.

Jennings ? When did he win against the decent opponent last time ?

It's been a while, but he held his own with Wladimir, and defeated Szpilka. I thought he showed he's still a reasonably talented Heavyweight against Dawejko.
The division isn't overly deep so there's room for Jennings in the Top 15, but he's certainly beatable.

10,Brazeale
Based on who I think would beat who. Obviously I don't rate Whyte or Miller as highly as most.

Who you think would beat who isn't a good way to rank people. You can call fights wrong easily. We all do it all the time. It's best to rank them based on who they HAVE beaten, and how they've looked in those performances.
The way I see it, even if somebody I have ranked lower is somebody that I think COULD beat someone above them. He's still got it to do before I'll rank him higher, but also...if I believe him to be capable of it, then he'll rightfully earn his higher ranking in due time so why push him higher undeservedly?
For instance I'd favor a great deal of the guys I have ranked 11-20 to defeat Bellew, but they don't currently have any better wins than Bellew's wins over Haye therefore Bellew is ranked higher than them.
This isn't me arguing for the sake of arguing by the way. This is me trying to be constructive in my critique so please don't take it as a slight toward you. Because that is not my intent.

I don't take offence. You make valid points that I fully understand, accept, and choose to ignore
I did put the caveat, who beats who. If all these sissy premadonnas actually fought each other, my list would be gospel blud
Based on the criteria you lised, I thought your list was pretty good.

H. Fury deserved to be at the top 15, absolutely.

Based on what? Stinking out the joint against Joseph Parker, and beating Journeymen?

I didn't even notice he'd had Bellew at 5. That's even more confusing considering the criteria he mentions for his rankings.
Bellew wouldn't have a snowballs chance in hell against Ortiz or Miller. I don't think he'd beat Takam either, but he at least has a shot there.

If you compare him with some fighters (10-20) on the your list, you will find out that he has got a better potential, and the same (or almost the same) resume.

Joshua have beaten 4 out 9 fighters on my list (Parker, Takam, Breazeale, Whyte, both are top 10 at most of lists, 3 out of 4 of them been undefeated at the time they fought AJ, he also beaten Wlad Klischtko, who's been obviously top 10 too at the time he fought Joshua) and is looking for 2 top 10 fighters next (Povetkin, Wilder) and maybe he will also fight Pulev in the future as well, also there are rumours to fight Miller. Joshua is really going to clean out the division and i think he's got a big chances.

Yes, if he is healthy and fit. If he is capable to defeat Wilder and Fury, he will be the best HW after Lewis retirement.

I'd just make the point that I think, taking just one example, that Miller would probably beat Povetkin at this time but this does not mean I can justify him overtaking him in the rankings i.e. positions reflect achievement rather than perceived ability.

Hey Valmar I just looked back at your list and it's so close it looks like I copied. Now I see what you meant about author's rights. I can only protest my innocence and explain it by citing that old saying "Great minds think alike"
