That argument doesn't wash, I watch boxing from all over the world, how come 95% of premature stoppages are in a British ring involving the same 4/5 refs? If they're Class A refs then wtf is class B like??

I think it was one of those life changing beatings.
Warrington got one off Lara in their first fight. He was battered from pillar to post and should have been stopped way earlier. Horrific beating in hindsight. Guess who was reffing... you couldn't make it up

The refs are not doing our British boxers any favour when they allow them to continue after they’re clearly out of it.
I know they’re trying to help the home fighter, but sometimes, to help, is to stop the beating.
