Trust me it wasn't close.

I watched the fight live and zelfa was missing with everything. Biased commentary even gave it to Ronnie. Zelfa just couldn't put a dent in him and at no stage was he even close to being hurt.

Two neutral judges gave an away fighter it by 5 rounds. Unheard of. So can't of been that close. Also the referee was letting zelfa punch Ronnie in the balls all night.

Also Ronnie got 18 days notice like the 14 days he got for ward. Wait and see what he does with a full camp

I watched it and IT WAS close in my opinion.

Watched it on tv?

A fight is totally different on a tv. You had zelfa winning but even look at zelfa and his corner and even they didn't have him winning. At no point even when the score cards were being read did I ever doubt the result. Ronnie was the aggressor, he was landing the cleaner shots, punching his gumsheild clean out of his mouth twice. Even when zelfa was landing Ronnie would return and have him hurt on several occasions. Just couldn't put a dent in him. Watch the footage and Ronnie turns round at end of round 7 and says to his corner I gave him it. Knew he was coming on strong as he always does. Exact same in mjw fight And the Ryan Walsh fight. His best rounds are always at the back end of a fight.

Not often a judge gives an away fighter it by 5 rounds so I'll trust my judgement over yours which was wide margin to Ronnie. Doesn't matter how good your tv is watching it live without complete and utter idiots talking nonsense and trying to sway you wins every time

Disagree. I always think it’s a better view of a fight on TV.
On the TV you can see the action from more than one angle.
From ringside you’ve only got the one angle.
It’s easy to either miss a punch landing or more predominantly think a punch has landed when it’s missed or been blocked.

You shouldn’t try and Be-Little everyone who has a differing opinion than yours about Ronnie.
I know your invested in Ronnie but plenty of people thought it was a close fight (Thd old saying, if a hundred people call you an alcoholic then you’ve probably got a drinking problem.)

I have no problem in Clark getting the decision but it was far from a one way fight.
I thought Clark nicked the Ward fight by a point.

Mate the York hall is best view in boxing. Your right on top of the action. I amnt belittling you and I am sorry if it comes across this way but what I am saying is it wasn't close. If it was close then zelfa would have got the nod. I am ronnies biggest critic trust me I am always at him to do more etc as being very honest up until the Martin j ward fivht he's been a gym fighter. He looks dynamite in sparring but just couldn't carry it over. He's sparred top guys like kid galahad, Ricky burns and Stephen tiffany alot and handled himself really well. The zelfa barrett fivht we predicted it would go that way as he's made for Ronnie. Tough southpaw who will stand in the pocket and people don't give Ronnie credit for his body work. Sam Bowen is getting hyped for his body shots and I think they need to watch what s coming back. Mjw the commenntry ignored them and later in fight mjw has shot his bolt. Darren Barker actually apologised for his comms on Twitter to me that night saying mjw one of his best mates.

I am 100% biased and openly admit that. I also respect your opinion but in boxing for an away fighter to get it by 5 rounds against one of the biggest prospects in the UK it suggests it wasn't a close fight. He had him down and also had him out on his feet in round 11.

Not many out with Zelfas camp or promotional team had it close the majority of people had Ronnie winning wide..Boxing is subjective to what your watching.. I try and score all fights through what I see not who I know... Tv is a nightmare due to commentary I had Ronnie beating Ward by roughly the same margin he beat Zelfa yet it was given to Ward. So in saying that I see where you are coming from.. Also V Craig Evans it wasn’t even close his brothers had their heads in their hand for the last few rounds and had accepted defeat until the decision.. Whether you think it was close or not Zelfa was beat up badly during the fight.. was put down heavily and punched all over the ring in the last 2 -3 rounds.. Zelfa was very brave and maybe he should be looking to take that bravery into making fights..

Don't bother arguing with his family members. They consistently make a show of him and actually do a good job of turning fans on forums against him.

I didn't see much of Ronnie until I watched some of his interviews before the zelfa fight. He came across well and I was happy to see him win. After reading comments made by his family members over the months on here and other places I'm sorry to say that I'd like to see Ronnie lose for no other reason than the annoying way the family members carry on
