I'm going for Fury on points. Wilder will overthink it, try to box early and get out-boxed.

That wouldn't be a bad fight but if Fury wins he would be offered an enormous amount for the AJ fight.

I've got a horrible feeling we're gonna see a robbery.

Either a dodgy stoppage the first time Wilder lands or, a dodgy points decision. See it all the time over there.

Fury: I'd Love Another Fight Before Wilder, Not an Ideal World

“In an ideal world I could have done with another 10-round or 12-round fight, we know the world isn’t ideal,” he said. “I’ll put my best foot forward and rise up to the occasion. Going into [the] Wlad [Klitschko fight] I only had two fights: Dereck Chisora and Christian Hammer, then I had 10 months out before beating Wlad.

“At least this time I’m going in with two fights. I’m happy with the performance.

“Wilder congratulated me and said it was a great performance. I could have stood there and traded with him but I didn’t mean a one-round KO, I needed rounds.

“Pianeta came with a tight defence, awkward to land on him, he trained hard and was a resilient opponent.

“I could have chose someone who wasn’t as tough but I’m happy with the opponent. I enjoyed every minute of it.”

“I’ll bring some great guys over, I’ve got enough time to prepare for anybody,” Fury continued when talking about the fight with Wilder. “I’m not going into this for a paycheque, I wouldn’t lose for £100million, you can’t pay any amount of money for me to go Vegas to get sparked out.

“If I didn’t believe I could win this fight I’d pack up and retire today, I don’t box to be second best or to make numbers up, I box to be the best I can be, If I ain’t good enough so be it, I’m taking this fight because I know I can win.

“I know multimillionaires and billionaires too, money doesn’t drive me, I’ll go to Vegas for free and fight Wilder, I’d rather have no money and win than £200 billion and lose.

“My walls haven’t breached in 10 years. We will leave no stones unturned, we’re going to America to win, that’s how we roll. If I can come back from the brink of defeat I can do anything, I know what life is like on the other side, I also know now what it’s about being in a good place and I’m going to go to Las Vegas and knock Deontay Wilder the f*** out.”

So? It’s sparring. I’d also imagine Tyson was out of shape perhaps?

The only ‘thing’ Whyte has over Fury is he’d probably smash him to bits in the street. Not that it matters of course!

Fury would outbox Dillian imo

It’s good he’s giving Fury stick though, not enough answer him back. Peter didn’t want any part of Whyte for Hughie.

Don't know if it's sarcasm , but I actually think looking at Tyson now Hughie would actually beat him , not the fight would ever happen .
At least he knows how to conduct himself out of the ring and of the two I know who i would go for a pint with .

Can't blame the guy for trying to talk himself into a big fight.

With wins over Chisora and Parker in his recent bouts he's definitely established himself as one of the more deserving contenders of a big fight. He should be in the mix for a fight with one of the bigger names in the division in the near future. Sometime in 2019 at worst.

I wouldn't even blame him if he just took stay busy fights in the meantime until he can get one of those guys. Having beaten a few contenders he's already done more to actually EARN a shot than most anybody else in the division.

I don't have anything against Hughie and wish him well, but all day long i'd want to go out for a drink with Tyson, he's bundles of personality. I agree High conducts himself well, but isn't part of the Tyson Circus what helps him to market fights. *Obviously the extremist stuff he should surely know shouldn't have been said.

Depends on the circumstances, to be fair. If I just want a quiet pint and a chat, maybe a pub quiz, I’ll take Hughie. If I’m in the mood for a night of debauchery, class As, hookers etc, I’ll take Tyson.

Do you think you would actually get a word in edgeways ?
He'd be telling you all night about how good he was and everything was all about him .
I am really trying hard to warm to him , I see one interview and I think what a great bloke , the next ten minutes later and it winds me up .
He's done great to actually come back from where he was , but I just can't stand gob$hites .
Maybe I've got it all wrong, but I prefer quiet folk .

Everyone claims to have always dropped someone in sparring. Sparring is not a boxing match.

It’s like when Bellew was saying to Haye how he and Price was ‘knocking him about in sparring’.. even though it was years ago.

kinda weak calling fury a coward if hes fighting wilder and already fought wlad at the top of the division. he also twice fought the guy who was whytes toughest opponent aside from aj.

btw i dropped whyte 3 times in sparring :yay:

whyte, i like how hes taken on a good schedule of opposition and is a ring warrior, but he sure can be an annoying blabber mouth tit sometimes

If fury has his way the fight will be 10 times more boring than his fight with Wlad, which went down as the worst heavyweight title fight in history. Absolutely dismal to watch. For the sake of the sport I hope wilder cleans him out and I'm pretty sure he will.
