I can imagine him walking around wearing a smoking jacket, with a cigar and drinking cognac - possibly served on a silver tray by a couple of them butler in the buff lads!

Can we imply from the video @8.55 that he was taking the nasal drops not because he had a cold/blocked nose, but because their effect on promoting weight loss was known - therefore he was taking them to enhance performance with the explicit knowledge of Dominic Ingle?
Because that's what it sounds like to me.

Kell Brook Denies Talk of a Falling Out With Dominic Ingle
Former IBF welterweight world champion Kell Brook (37-2, 26 KOs) has denied the circulating rumors of a falling out with career-long head trainer Dominic Ingle.
Rumors began to build after Brook started training without Ingle for his recently announced return date of December 8th in Sheffield.
While Brook disputes that he parted ways with Ingle, he does confirm that Ingle will not be in his corner for the fight in December.
“Contrary to some stories and speculation, myself and Dominic Ingle have not fallen out. Dom is as dedicated a trainer as they come. He has been in camp [in Toronto] over recent months preparing fighters for big fights," Brook stated.
“I am now scheduled to fight on December 8th and to avoid disruption as well as ensuring I maintain momentum, I will continue to base myself out here in Fuertaventura for this bout. Preparation has this far gone very well and in the interest of maintaining this momentum, for this particular fight, Dom Ingle cannot be in my corner.
“Meticulous work, dedication, preparation and focus has gone into this camp and I will continue to grind until fight week.”

Yeh. Who the heck does Inglw even train that he’s in Toronto?
Different between ‘gallon out’ and ‘not his trainer anymore’..
I’m sure it was w mutual decision. But fact is. Dom isn’t training him.
Wonder what Kell gets upto in Spain.

Sounds just like the kind of thing Kel would say - doesn’t sound like a vague press release or anything!

Kell isn’t saying anything other than “all will be revealed soon”. He’s certainly not denying it.

All very odd. Next fight and long term trainer isn’t going to be in the corner. I bet ingle is annoyed.

The only BIG or PPV fight he has left at this moment in time is the Khan fight. Why do you think he's bending over backwards.
There is no other fight right now where he will be making a £1m for a fight. He doesn't hold a world title either.
Only way he will be making £1m for a non-title fight would be if Hearn was very generous.

If Ingle couldn't be in his camp because of other commitments it's no surprise that Brook has looked elsewhere.

Training with his pals and no trainer it would appear so.
Cutting corners to save pennies could prove disastrous.

Refuses to fight a top guy at his weight , only wants easy opponents then Khan , which will not happen because of the rehydration clause , which by the way i think is a perfectly sensible thing to do , I would like to see all the organisations introduce this for EVERY fight , you may not like Khan , but who wants to see him killed because he's fighting someone 20 -25 pound heavier on the night
Brook will refuse this clause , and miss out on the next big money fight , on his next fight IF IT HAPPENS , he wants a easy fight , rumored to be a Aussie , another gimmee fight , instead of a top fighter his own size , and you can bet your bottom dollar Hearn will not be paying him retirement money for that fight if it happens , so really considering he does'nt have much of a future left , getting rid of Ingle could save him a good bit of coin
Personally never been a fan of Brooks always considered him a cherry picker , probably had the talent but not the ambition to mix with the best , got lucky in his title win then climbed the ladder DOWN and refused to fight the best around , climbed back up and got clobbered , so climbed back down and now refuses to climb back up , He does'nt deserve any more big paydays , and any one who pays ppv to watch him is a fool

Is not been properly rehydrated just as dangerous when boiling down to a weight which is known to be hard to make. Brook was never going to fight anybody to risk Khan fight. Look at what nearly happened to Khan against a non punching nobody in his last fight.

Given his struggles with weight, training with a couple of inexperienced pals could cost him the chance of a Khan fight.

my take on it...
boxers are free to hire who they want as a trainer, the higher the level of fighter then the bigger that fighter is in terms of being 'an earner' for that trainer.
a fighter ...out of his purse....has to pay a multitude of characters...
Brook already 'pays' his own step dad to be his 'manager'
If the reports are as stated, then it can only be a cost cutting exercise on brooks behalf.
sadly......with only 2 or 3 fights left in him and already a millionaire, this is a massive mistake for Brook......if the reports are true.

If true, then he is just following a long list of boxers from Mcguigan, Naz, Hatton etc. Who didn’t mind paying a percentage when their purses were relatively small, but then didn’t want to carry on when the numbers got bigger.
Interestingly, of the names I mentioned this didn’t work out for any of them.

If he wins the next fight...... he will be back will Ingle for the big one as he can't afford to make any mistakes to make weight included against Khan.

Kell brought in a dietitian in the past to make 10.7.

Good point , but if it was mandatory for ALL fights , boxers would have to stop trying to build up fights where they obviously are getting a huge weight advantage , or risk themselves getting hurt , If Khan accepts this fight with no clause , just for the money its Khan who's life is at risk , Brook wants it let him get down and stay down , other than that go build a rivalry with someone his own size ,,, Love him or hate him Khan has shown he's got the bottle numerous times to put it on the line , , he freely admits Canelo was to big for him but the money was good , Brooks being a boxing bully and Hearn is egging it on because he see's a ppv fight

And he has him now...... but too much to lose in the Khan fight...... knowing that you have done it right 110% will mean more for that fight

It's Brooks life too boiling down to the weight which he's done once in nearly 2 yrs. Canelo fight had no rehydration clause so why so Brook it's double standards by Khan again. Why should Brook back down to Khan? There is no title on the line so there shouldn't be a rehydration clause.
