Also funny is the bit saying Dom Ingle has other commitments... something more important than 'his' top fighter
Saunders is ahead of Brook and arguably Galahad.

This opponent sums up Brooks career. Absolute joke. This was the opponent they were looking top match Fowler up with for Commonwealth.

Living in Shef ive been to a lot of Kells fights over the last few years, but this really is pushing the boundary of what im willing to accept as a fan.
On one hand it is a night out with the mates, but on the other I know I'm having the piss taken out of me this getting pushed as a contest. Unless Fewkes makes him worse this will be a couple of round job again.

BJS and team Ingle enjoyed Toronto in the build up to the Le Meiux fight. It made sense to do a few weeks there again prior to travelling to boston (similar time zone) for fight week for the BJS/Andrade fight.
Thats why the team were in Toronto.

But that fight was cancelled before Brook even announced he was fighting again.

Brook's style makes him one of my favourite fighters but his career has just been so look frustrating.
We'll look back on him in years to come and think what a waste.
People have questioned the Porter win but I think looking back it was a great win at a time when ww was stacked.... what happened? Garcia, Thurman should have happened or even the Spence fight next at a much better time for Brook.
What's the story behind the scenes? Eddie isnt matching other fighters so poorly but is there another tier of management for Brook who are taking a cut and wanting him in against nobodies?

He's self-managed. To call GGG a nobody is a little harsh.

Not Eddie's fault. Not the matchmakers fault. Brook is in charge of his own career. It's his own doing. Hearn just promotes his fights as best as he can and the matchmakers? What's their job? Offer certain names for him to fight?

Been harsh Brook. Boxed GGG and Spence who are top 10 p4p even top 5 by some and wasn't disgraced. Dan and Beizer where ordered by the IBF.

He's fought 3 names. Lost to two of them. and Porter is probably better now than he was 4 years ago.
3 names in nearly 40 fights?
I know he had that cancelled fight with Diego Chavez was it?
IBF are known for the crap mando's, so he knew he would probably get them anmes before he won the belt.
Every now and then IBF have a decent mando, as Brook was for Porter or Spence was for Brook.

I wasn't calling GGG a nobody - but that fight was leftfield and not right for Brook at the time, when there were fights to be had.
Spence came later after the injury.
My reference to nobodies was meaning the vast majority of his resume.
You've got fighters around the globe getting in world title fights as soon as they got double figures of fights these days, and Brook seems to have spent most of his fights in the ring against subpar opposition.
I really like Brook but why hasn't his matchmaking been more like your Froch or Usyk?
I can't believe he picks his own fights and Eddie 'just promotes him'... every other matchroom fighter waxes lyrical about fights Hearn is chasing for them!

A lot of the Matchroom fighters, no lie, they do chase big fights because they know Matchroom has Sky behind them and they’re a force and they will make them money the more risky fights.
Crolla won the world title, wanted to challenge himself and fought Linares. Twice.
Hearn can make a list of fighters and put them in front of Brook but he can’t force Brook to fight anyone he doesn’t want to.

Qais Ashfaq Added To Card
Qais Ashfaq will return to the ring before the end of the year.
The Leeds man, who claimed Commonwealth Youth Games gold and silver in the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014, is undefeated in three outings since inking a pact with Eddie Hearn and Matchroom Boxing.
Ashfaq, 25, was most recently in the ring back in September, at the Arena Birmingham, when he wiped out Liverpool’s Gary Austin inside a round on the undercard of Amir Khan’s victory over Samuel Vargas.
ut he will grace the British boxing fans with his presence once more on December 8 at the FlyDSA Arena in Sheffield, exclusively live on Sky Sports, as part of the supporting cast to Kell Brook’s WBA super-welterweight title eliminator showdown against former Commonwealth champion Michael Zerafa.
Ashfaq will feature on a card that will also play host to action for heavyweight David Allen and WBA International welterweight champion Josh Kelly.
Jono Carroll is set to face Frenchman Guillaume Frenois in a final eliminator for Tevin Farmer’s IBF super-featherweight world title, while Gary ‘Spike’ O’Sullivan’s appearance on the bill could yet be canned.
Boxing Scene understands the show’s promoter, Eddie Hearn, is planning to add Anthony Fowler, the Commonwealth Games gold medallist, to the card in a title fight.
