To be fair to Ricky if you watch the clip Wilder is acting like a wannabe gangster in it , he may of not worded it in the most PC way but wilders actions are something you'll expect from broner

Take your wagging finger elsewhere.
Take your racist comments elsewhere. I bet you're the kind of person that starts a sentence with, "I'm not a racist, but....."
Nothing racist about what I said, you're just a halfwit.
Wrong AGAIN RKY. (sigh).
Maybe you weren't being intentionally nasty - for once - and it was just the casual sort of racism that leaks out from time to time, but..
You assumed behaviour of a disparate group was determined by their skin colour - that's the very definition of racism.

Incorrect, ebonics is exclusive to african-american culture. Ever seen an inuit or welshman construct a sentence like Adrian Broner?

He's acting like a grade A weapon trying out for Death Row Records - and for the record, Wilder is the only person guilty of racism where this thread is concerned. I don't recall him proclaiming to be "fighting for his people, like they have for 400 years" when he faced Stiverne or Ortiz. This narrative is rolled out purely because he's facing a white man. It's like Hopkins-Calzaghe only slightly more veiled.

Ah yes, the predictable Uncle Tom patter. At least Tyson Fury is original with regard to his self promotion (that batman stunt was brilliant). Wilder, Mike Tyson, Mayweather... all these guys at some point or another just try to recycle Ali's image.

Ah - the old, "Uneducated-Alabaman swamp-dweller is a worst casual racist than me" defence !
No - sorry - you're just as as bad as him.

Why do people put so much stock into ‘mind games’ and ‘getting into someone’s head’? It’s rarely significant .
Wilder is going to crush fury . If Tyson does win though, (which he won’t) it would be because he was better, not because of any silly psychological trick.

Embarrassing rant, but typical style of trashtalk we've come to expect from African Americans.
Ridiculous gangster slang, repeating themsellves like parrots.
He's probably more bothered by his lack of fame than Fury. Tyson is a big step down from Ortiz, not sure what Wilder has to sweat.
You do know he's from Alabama and not Compton right? It sounds like you have no idea what you're talking about
Gangsters only come from Compton ? Are you from 1988 ?

I’m a Welshman, and I construct all my sentences
exactly like Adrian Broner.

Wilder is the kind of guy who wants trash talk. He wants this kind if thing. You could see someone like Joshua being uncomfortable but wilder wants this kind of thing. Both fury and wilder won't be bothered by the talk, they see themselves as their own men and they can handle it. They don't respect Joshua because they don't see him as his own man like they see themselves. Whyte also is the same, calling Joshua fake time and time again.

Joshua is fake as fvck, but he’s probably worth about 20 times Fury & Wilder put together, so it’s certainly worked out for him from a commercial perspective.

Ward, Crawford, Porter, Jacobs, Berto, Hurd, Miller.
All of those guys are articulate/well-spoken/can give interesting interviews. They're all African American - think only Ward is mixed race out of those. Mayweather, Wilder, Broner and the Charlo's probably do their repeating themselves, shouting louder and louder nonsense because they love the sound of their own voice and they're thick as shitt more than anything else.

After being forced against my will to watch the entire series of Real Housewives of Alabama with barely any rewards of a sexual nature, I conclude Wilder is not an intelligent individual.
His limited descriptive vocabulary is often led to repeat phrases like a parrot.

Wilder isn’t stupid. I’ve heard him a few times speaking well. It’s when he starts trash talking.. it turns around.

Maybe he is. Can't say I've listened to him enough to say for certain. Definitely not quick witted though, hence the repetition.

Donald Mcrae interviewed him last year and there was a good profile on BT last week. He's a decent and thoughtful fella.

And you wonder why someone started a thread asking if you were racist? This is a very poor comment to make
In all fairness most African Americans have got the same patter, its the same with most Eastern Europeans being quite steely eyed and quiet, I wouldn't say its racist personally, I cringe when I see the likes of Broner, Wilder, the Charlo's holler all that "yeah" and "that's right baby", and not coz their black its coz it doesn't mean anything, guys like Leonard and even Porter talk a lot more sense,
A lot of the Black UK guys are the same, especially the Londoners like Okolie and Yarde, the shite they waffle on twitter makes my cock shrivel into ,my stomach
Absolutely nothing to do with their skin colour, I blame the music personally, rappers and grime artists talk utter bollocks, guys from Hackney singing in an Amercian accent, not for me thanks
You're talking absolute uneducated, nonfactual sh1t though. You've made the leap from a black boxer from Alabama sounding like West Coast gangster rappers (he doesn't) to UK Grime artists and London based boxers who happen top be black like that's a legitimate comment. What on God's earth are you on even on about? It's like saying Fury talks sh1t because fellow white Europeans like Adolf Hitler and David Cameron and Noel Gallagher also talk sh1t, like it's some kind of inherited thing... it's not... people talk sh1t... Wilder talks sh1t, I talk sh1t, Snoop Dogg talks sh1t, Tyson Fury talks sh1t, Eddie Hearn talks sh1t and you talk some major smelly sh1t
Get off your high horse, fornicating menstruating all over your laptop, I'm talking about all that flash, brash shite you see from boxers, you don't see the similarities in the gangstas here and in America? I made a casual observation, if you don't agree then fine I couldn't give 2 fvcks

He's very insightful the few times I've seen him in studio for coverage of other fights and I talked to him for about 15 minutes. He's not at all lacking intelligence. Most people appear that way pissed off.
