Yet, these guys retain their ranking or have even moved up over the time from their last bout. seems odd to me.
Most of the heavyweight division is not active. The demand for fights is not there or the simply do want to fight. Otherwise these fringe contenders would at the very least fight each other, Yet they hope for Wilder or Fury like cherry picks.
