Of course they would. He's fought two top 5 guys in a row and doesn't get credit from them for that.

It does seem like there is a lot of less than stellar communicating going on, so I'm not surprised at that. I fear we're going to see Ruiz, which means I won't be watching.

I would like to think Joshua would prefer to take on a more established opponent or one more appealing to the fans. I'd be disappointed in AJ if he were nervous about taking on Hunter for any reason, but that doesn't sound much like Joshua to me.
I'll keep my powder dry until I know more.

What's up with Ruiz? He went very close with Parker who took AJ the distance. I think Hunter gives Joshua more problems to solve but a win over Ruiz is probably more prestigious.
I'll be watching AJ whoever is in the opposite corner (although not necessarily live on PPV) because his fights are invariably very exciting. Same goes for Wilder fights.

The distance of this fight is predominantly dependent on how much punishment Ruiz can absorb. That's pretty much it.

I had interest in the Miller fight and would even at least thought about buying Ortiz. But that's pretty much it.
