Not asking you to read it Oogie. You please yourself.
Whoa! Getting a bit salty? I was asking in earnest. You've not been yourself lately. I fear OTO is getting to you.

Whyte wants Joshua after he has beaten Wilder. He said so himself within the last 48 hours according to YouTube (Hatman or Sporting Icons IIRC)

Oh don't worry about that I'm asshole proof. He doesn't bother me.
I'm sorry if you you found that boring but I was giving a detailed answer to Cloppy's various suggestions. You can't do that in a sentence or two.

I re-read. I knew what you were addressing once I read the other posters post. Would've helped replying to it directly rather than let additional posts separate the two. Carry on young man.

Probably my fault for not quoting him. I try not to use unnecessary bandwidth. They don't seem to care on here but it was a big issue on the football forum I use and old habits die hard.

I do think your lack of sympathy for his treatment is callous though, sorry.
He got offered the chance to fight for THREE BELTS, for several million pounds, and turned it down. And before that he was showing texts from Wilder in interviews telling him that he could make him wait for years if he wanted to. We know Wilder has preferential treatment from the WBC when it comes to mandatories, so it isn't fair but I'm not surprised. I don't know how I should be expressing this sympathy anyway? Should I be crying for multimillionaire Dillian Whyte not being happy with the millions of pounds he was offered before? Not being happy that he had been mandated to fight the best fighter in the division in Tyson Fury, the guy that we all know should be the real WBC champion anyway?
Wilder is a shithouse. I don't really care for him or the WBC. I;'m not that arsed about belts, really. Dillian's a big tough boy, he's made a lot of money. I don't dislike him or anything, but I don't feel sorry for him either.

It's not just about the money. Whyte wants Joshua in a mega unification not before. He will almost certainly get another crack at Joshua whether he were to win or lose against Wilder.
Dillian isn't scared of Joshua but he is not a stupid man and he knows ...
1) Joshua will be expected to beat him.
2) There is a reason he will be the underdog, and he could lose.
3) Losing might well kill his status as a UK PPV star and the huge paydays that brings.
Why TF would he risk it when he can continue making millions on Sky while pursuing Wilder?
Why am I having to keep repeating this? Is it not obvious? The Joshua option will still be there. Eddie did Dillian a favour by low-balling him, it gave him a legitimate excuse to walk away leaving the door open. If I were Dillian I might very well have suggested to Eddie that the offer should be a modest one.

You don't have to repeat anything. You just said I lacked sympathy and was callous, so I was clarifying my position. Its not an argument or anything

Sorry mate. That wasn't really aimed at you it was a general remark to the forum because I keep seeing people either moaning at Joshua for taking Miller instead of Whyte, moaning at Whyte for not taking the offer to fight Joshua, or moaning at Hearn for not offering Whyte what he's worth.
I'm just frustrated that nobody else seems to have considered the possibility that neither wanted that fight at that time and neither did the UK Boxing fans. The lowball offer seems a solution that gave everyone a dignified withdrawal.

I’m assuming all involved now regret their decisions.
