If he can't talk Mayweather into a highly lucrative rematch he should retire on a high note, and go out with one of his standout victories.

Manny Pacquiao apparently has a significant amount of debt. He won’t retire whilst he’s still healthy, competitive and capable of receiving sizable paydays.

That being said, I’d be surprised if any of Pacquiao’s rivals were willing to face the Filipino without there being extensive random unannounced blood-based drug testing. I'm led to believe that Manny and Keith were only tested during the final few weeks of their training camps, which is clearly insufficient.

The ‘Pac Man’ has always managed to look sensational whenever he’s not being tested. Whether or not this is purely coincidental is something I guess we’ll never know.

How can you be making millions of dollars every time you fight. Be a sitting Senator of a country, and be in massive debt? How bad is this guy with his money?

As per usual, I’m always able to “talk the talk, and walk the walk”…

An article posted on the 15th April, 2019:
"Manny Pacquiao’s tax bill increases to the tune of $68 million"

Another article from the 20th November, 2018:
"Manny Pacquiao wants to reunite with Freddie Roach for Adrien Broner fight"

And another article from the 30th January, 2019:
"How Manny Pacquiao Has Become PBC's MVP"

All three articles discuss Manny's long-time tax burden.

You make yourself look foolish when you attack others for knowing more about a subject matter than you do!

Unpaid tax bills to both the US and Philippine governments that have been outstanding for more than a decade is considered as being in debt! The situation is that bad that Manny is currently engaged in a lawsuit to address his tax bill.

In financial terms, a “debt” is a sum of money that is owed or due.

If Al Haymon hadn’t paid off some of his debt to the American government, Pacquiao’s 2016 fight against Jessie Vargas probably would have been his final bout staged on US soil.

I also suspect that part of the reason why Manny was only tested by VADA for a few weeks for the Thurman fight, was due to the fact that US law dictates that Pacquiao’s tax bill would rise considerably if he spent more than three weeks training in America. And VADA doesn’t have jurisdiction in the Philippines.

I’m getting sick of having to explain basic concepts to you! Learn to read! I’ve spoon fed you basic information that is common knowledge, but you flatly-refuse to review it! FFS!

There are lawsuits. Pacquiao’s team and the US and Philippine governments have acknowledged the risks tax burden. Even Bob Arum has confirmed it.

Manny’s assets were also frozen by the Philippine government.

Why on earth are you in denial over an issue that has existed and been common knowledge for more than a decade?

You don’t have to believe me. Do some research for yourself and see what you can find out.
