Tax bills does not automatically mean someone is in debt. It means they made a lot of money.

I'm led to believe that Manny and Keith were only tested during the final few weeks of their training camps, which is clearly insufficient.

The ‘Pac Man’ has always managed to look sensational whenever he’s not being tested. Whether or not this is purely coincidental is something I guess we’ll never know.

You don't know for sure how much money has Pac in his 'pockets' and if he owns somebody money based on some internet articles. Only him and his accountant knows this inside stuff.

There are lawsuits. Pacquiao’s team and the US and Philippine governments have acknowledged the risks tax burden. Even Bob Arum has confirmed it.

Manny’s assets were also frozen by the Philippine government.

Why on earth are you in denial over an issue that has existed and been common knowledge for more than a decade?

You don’t have to believe me. Do some research for yourself and see what you can find out.
