Has Dillian Whyte been suspended by any governing body or been officially charged with anything?
Has any of the accusations proposed by the infamous Boxing Scene Thomas Hauser article been verified by any of the sports’ governing bodies?
As far as I’m concerned, until we receive news to the contrary, Dillian Whyte hasn’t officially been accused of committed any wrongdoing.
Missed my point.
I was referring to Eddie's constant parroting of the 'cleared to fight' phrase, in every single interview he does, as if it's significant to the outcome in any way at all. Whether Whyte is found innocent, or guilty, being 'cleared to fight' is almost totally irrelevant.
All we know, is there was an adverse finding on one of Whyte's samples, and an ongoing process (both confirmed by Hearn).
Your last paragraph is wrong, since Whyte's own promoter admits Whyte has been accused of wrongdoing. We just don't know the details of the accusations, or if he's guilty, yet.
Dillian Whyte hasn’t officially been accused of committing any wrongdoing... at least it's not been disclosed to the public domain.
If you believe otherwise, then please provide confirmation from the BBBofC or UKAD, since they’re the alleged parties “officially” dealing with the heavily-speculated situation.
Eddie Hearn has only conceded that one of Whyte’s drug tests resulted in adverse findings, which required the Brit to attend an investigative hearing (chaired by the independent National Anti-Doping Panel), with Dillian being cleared to fight.
An “adverse finding” is not necessarily synonymous with the phrase “committed wrongdoing”.
And besides, it’s been five weeks since Whyte’s alleged 17th July positive test result and ‘The Body Snatcher’ hasn’t been charged with anything yet.
Dillian’s B-sample won’t even be tested until
after he’s been charged by UKAD. And there's no indication that this will actually happen.
For all we know, Dillian Whyte could have submitted an application for a retroactive TUE, since he had at least five working days to do this after the adverse analytical finding had been initially reported.
Anyway, at some point in the near future, Dillian Whyte may ultimately be charged with consuming PED’s, but based on what we
CURRENTLY know right now, ‘The Body Snatcher’ hasn’t been accused of committing any wrongdoing by any official governing body in the UK.

Regardless of where you are from, or who you are a fan of, the fact that the "B" sample has not been tested yet is BEYOND ridiculous! If Whyte was confident he was clean, he would have demanded it be tested right away. The whole situation smells of someone waiting to accept a bribe. Boxing can't endure crap like this over and over. Time to take a stand in unison between all the boxing orgs.

Endure Crap like what? What happened?
The only thing the boxing orgs ever COULD take a stand together for is considering everybody an idiot & making money.
WBC suspending Whyte without any evidence or even a case is exactly what was to be expected & disgusting. They will pay for that. Hope that lawsuit will dissolve thaz whole crooked shithouse "org" into bankruptcy

..obviously a lot of wheeling and dealing in the background...procrastinating and delaying an official statement doesn't add to the credibility of all parties concerned...

Have you read the UK rules?
A fighter has the right to request the B-sample to be tested after they’ve been charged with using PED’s. The sample is frozen and cannot be analysed until that point.
And we don’t know whether Whyte has submitted a retroactive TUE and nor do we know whether he’s even been charged yet.
At this point in time, nobody actually knows anything (other than insiders that have been legally compelled to remain silent).
So we shouldn’t assume that the B-sample has or hasn’t been tested yet, because we don’t have any information.

Without any evidence? He failed the damn test! Apologies if I missed something, but will accept yours if I didn't.
The crap I am talking about is the pathetic sad sacks that get busted for PEDS and give boxing a bad name. The saying "innocent until proven guilty" doesn't actually apply in Whyte's case. It's more like he is guilty until he proves his innocence, because he failed a drug test. Like I said, if he was confident of the B sample being clean, he would have had it tested right away. The longer it takes, the worse it looks. Guessing a retroactive TUE is in the works?
