The 117-111 cards were too wide. Herring looked very mediocre in this fight, he's lucky Roach gave up the first few rounds by doing nothing.

Herring is very mediocre. Denis Shafikov totally schooled him years ago. Yea both he and Farmer are very much paper titlists in the division. Wouldn't mind seeing Herring vs. Jo Diaz. Would be close to 50/50 and Diaz would force the action. I know Diaz vs. Farmer was rumored for a while but it doesn't seem to be happening.

The cream of the division would run through him, but Herring is a great man to have associated with boxing. I'll always root for him to succeed.
