I aggree, not on everything, but his technique how he punched was sloppy.
Tyson had the best technique throwing punches of any hw ever. One motion, good stance.

Yes, a lot of foreman’s straight punches travelled hardly any distance at all and he put people to sleep with them, that’s power, Wilder plants his feet and throws with all his might, he generates fantastic power but it’s not on Foreman’s level

Tyson should pay 20,000 an hour if he was able to have Joe Louis or evander teach him punching technique.

On just one punch, Wilder.
But George put punches in bunches.

Wilder might have the biggest single punch, but George was the type who everything he threw, even just flicking jabs or super short shots, hurt you.

what wouldve happened had foreman plant more his feet and punched with his full body into the punch?
The ring would have shunted across the floor crushing the ring judges and first 3 rows of fans to death.
Several miles away, Wilt chamberlain would have been startled on his 18 foot long white leather snakeskin couch, and riled into action.
With a single stride he would have walked to the venue, where all hell would have broken loose shortly after, causing the ice caps to melt.

The hook is the strongest punch in boxing.
Not necessarily, depends on the fighter. With Foreman and Wilder, their straight right was/is their most powerful punch. And these two guys are considered the most powerful in history.

Forman's left hook was maybe his most ferocious punch. Not to cause a stir or anything. At least just as good as his right.

I've changed my mind.
Deontay Wilder.
I don't think I've seen anyone so confident that they will get the job done with one punch. He is so confident he stays composed while clearly losing rounds. It's like it's planned to lose rounds and just look for that one shot. I remember his fight with Washington. Wilder did nothing until he lined up that right. Interesting way to fight. I've always heard trainers say not to look for the ko. Well, that's Deontay's entire plan.

So basically if George were less aggressive he'd have a stronger argument, if I'm understanding it

No. Deontay has so much confidence in his power that he knows he only needs one shot. He bases his entire style on it.
George was a clubber. And he didn't throw as fast and precise with the same technique as Wilder. Deontay is a sniper. George looked the more punishing puncher who would hit you anywhere. A sniper style like Deontay's just wouldn't work for George.

Wilder tends to flatten guys with one punch, that's the sign of a truly great puncher. You can talk about levels of opposition but Foreman fought plenty of journeymen types in his career and rarely sparked guys out like Wilder does.

Probably Foreman. But if we look at one single punch, Wilder possibly has got more power.

I read an interview with a guy who had sparred both Foreman and Wladimir K and said Wlad hit harder.
Also read an interview with someone who had sparred both Wlad and Wilder and he said Wilder hit harder.
So on that basis, I'd guess Wilder.
