I like Mikey. I really liked his fights and think he is a top and impressive fighter however I feel he has stagnated in terms of his career and boxing skill. That’s my general impressive from the last few years.....

I’m hoping he can show a new wrinkle.

Vargas clipped Mikester with a few left hooks

Thought that was a clear rd 1 to Vargas who landed a few impressive left hooks and some stomping jabs to the body and head. Mikey has one moment of action. Vargas looks to be putting a lot of oomph on his shots.

Much closer rd. Eh, hard to score. Vargas seemed to land the harder shots but Mikey doing more than before.

Decent start from Vargas. Think Mikey will come into it but he’s just not big enough for the weight.

Mikey has his moments but that last 15 seconds flurry sealed it for me. But if a Leonard Hagler move by Vargas but it was an impressive flurry.

It just looks like Vargas is backing him up more but Garcia is landing some quality punches.

Eh if I had to chose I’d give Vargas the round.

Garcia hurts and the drops Vargas with rght hands. Big round. Vargas looking ragged.

The way Vargas leans away makes him a sucker for that right when Mikey throws it

Dominant rd 6 for Garcia. Looks to me that Vargas has recovered though but looks a little weary.

Gonzalez is greater than finito. Obviously his resume is better but the eye test is better too.

I like Finito more than you do but totally agree, Their resumes aren’t even close, although Yafai was a bum-fighting belt-holder and glad Chocolatito kicked his butt

Decent fight. 117-110 Garcia. Really hope Mikey goes back down though. Would love the Josh Taylor fight.

I got that 116-111 ish. heard the judgest while typing this, glad to see the judges having a good look, was a bit scared of a 119-108 type card seeing as there trying to tee up the pac man fight after.

Clear Mikey win but looked a bit flat, defense was a bit lazy, one-paced, and got hurt in the 4th. Still a very accurate and sharp puncher
