With Patel it’s different he’s literally about 8 stone piss wet through, Taylor probably walks around 12 stone, he’d switch a lot of bouncers lights out no bother, what was that all about with Kugan anyway? He looked like a right nob saying that to a geezer built like a 12 year old, never heard him say out to Ty Booth and he gives him no end of stick.

I just think the street is completely different and anything will go when people are fighting on the street. A weight advantage means a lot and it's not like the bouncer won't know how to handle himself. I doubt bouncers last on the job if they don't have bottle.

Agreed on Kugan. Pathetic behaviour. You're right, he didnt show the same anger towards Booth, told him to "Be Safe" and then legged it

I don't really think they are alike at all, Harrison it always seemed like he was the way he was, it just so happened that he was also a world level professional boxer that was in the limelight, there's loads of guys like Harrison walking about every scheme in Glasgow, Taylor seems more like he wants to be seen like that but it just seems a bit forced at times , kinda Danny dyer wannabe hard man , he seems pretty cringe when he tries to act hard , with Harrison it came so naturally
Yeah Harrison was a genuine hard man. You know that because he was doing it at the expense of a lucrative career in the ring and served his time. Got out of jail and went back to the ring and then got banged up again. He couldn't help it as that's just the way he is. I think there is a slight bit of a screw loose in those kinds of guys and you really don't want to cause them any kind of harm at all as they are extremely dangeous and won't forget anything they perceive as disrespect

The majority of boxers grew up getting themselves into scraps and are well used to fighting in the street.
First rule of fighting is to throw the first punch, I'm pretty sure if he wanted to fight he would get of with a few combos and put most doormen to sleep before they even got their hands up.

It is in Scotland and Ireland - religion not race.
It's a religious insult? So it has nothing to do with race? Okay, so it's not racism then.

Yeah - I make Taylor favourite over the doorman.

No, but they sorta are “races” - different names, different schools, different flags, live segregated etc.

Has anyone here honestly never had a bit of Charlie and had a kick off with a bouncer?

If the answer is no, you need a good hard look at yourself in the mirror, you boring twat.

No, they're religious groups. Nothing to do with race.

No.
They aren’t races - they are “sorta similar”.

How did he get caught with charlie and plead not guilty and get changes thrown out? Surly if he got caught with it hes guilty, end of? Hope he gets drug tested in the next 24 hours that will sort everything out.

On another note, anyone remember Kenny Anderson, hes a scot I would not want to piss off on the street. He did seem a guenuine hard/headcase.

I knew a massive bouncer who stood up to Roberto Duran back in 1978 and lived to tell about it. They didn't come to blows but Duran's crew restrained Duran when the bouncer stood his ground after Duran challenged him with the words "Are you a tough guy ?" The bouncer raised his fists and replied "I'm tougher than you". Duran's people dragged him out of the place.

Hope he learns quickly that the good time charlies are a liability (within himself and the disturbance), Tell his mates off for being young high and mighty and keep it in his drunken head that he a role model. FFS.

The bouncer had a very lucky escape there then

Way back when I first started going out back around 1999/2000, there was this lad who kickboxed and did other martial arts, one night he was gobbing off and he picked a fight with 2 bouncers who also happened to be members of the Outlaws MC and ended up getting his head stoved in and spending the rest of his life needing a carer because they battered the poor twat with hammers. He was only about 20 or so at the time when it happened.

Yeah all the bother that Harrison got into which derailed his career I would imagine he would of got into just as much trouble in and out of jail etc regardless if he was a famous sports personality or just another guy walking the street the guy is just a genuine nutcase, Taylor just seems like a bellend that wants to create this kind of hard man persona but it all just looks so fake and forced

Agreed! One of the hardest looking blokes I’ve ever seen. I always thought he was one to watch out for, but he just disappeared.

I'm from over that way mate so i know aye. Taylor is a hard guy, he's not acting it. You only need to watch his last two fights for proof of that. Harrison is actually a really nice guy. I've met him a few times and watched him spar etc... It's the drink that fukked Scott up and it'll do the same to Taylor unless he screws the nut... I think Taylor is a lot more sensible than Scott. That sounds a bit daft considering his recent actions but i think he will learn from that whereas Harrison didn't. I definitely see that nasty streak to Taylor that Harrison had though. Seems to be a common thing over here

This is such BS I don't know where to begin. I've lost count the amount of videos I've seen of a little dude cracking a big dude on the chin with a nice 1-2 and down goes the big guy. Often times, the big guy is a bouncer.

Here's a perfect example...

https://www.liveleak.com/view?t=Cl5zQ_1572980283

Look at the size difference. The smaller guy probably has at least some boxing training, too. Especially as it's from Kazakhstan, where boxing training is very normal for boys/young men to participate in.

To conclude: you're wrong.
People that talk that type of nonsense has most likely never grew up rough or seen many street fights part from the ones they show on youtube! I grew up with loads of smaller guys who i've saw wreck bigger cuunts who were supposedly tough etc... I boxed amateur and i'm 6'5/16 stone and I've been hurt in sparring and out in the street off smaller guys! A lot of the time it depends who is the most game or gets the first dig in!
