Why Dyllne Whyte is so Garbage !!!
Re: Why Dyllne Whyte is so Garbage !!!
Whyte doesn’t have the complete package to be a good champ.
However he’s very dangerous and is a one time type of threat, when he has momentum, and is in good shape and motivated. Been in more good fights than most heavyweights and at the very least is strong, tough and awkward enough to spring an upset.
He does seem to overestimate what he’s worth, makes weird career choices and is distracted by side dramas. With all this it’s unlikely he will be a world champion of any kind. Yet, I will look forward to him take on any contender or fringe contender - and his supporting fights are often better than bloated main events.
I see him continue to beat ex champs and legit contenders in dramatic fashion, while crying about not getting his fair crack at the title as Joshua, Fury and Wilder continue big rivalries.

I see Joshua being willing to fight him again at some point which will be worth a good amount of money , into a million or more probably if PPV and arena size .

A couple years ago, Whyte predicted he’d have 4 pro fights with AJ. One down, 3 to go.stevec@france wrote: ↑11 Jan 2020, 10:18 I see Joshua being willing to fight him again at some point which will be worth a good amount of money , into a million or more probably if PPV and arena size .
He reckons their rivalry will be that good.

Whyte is cleeared, everyone in boxing gets cleared. But whyte was never clean .
We saw for first time, a nearly clean whyte, how fat and out of shape he looked in his last weigh in.

No, he'll need a few decent wins before that particular investmment correction can be arranged.
These things cost money and time - and who knows what else?
As things currently stand in boxing, gambling with PED usage and calculated cycling outside the almost useless 6/7 week testing period seems to reap huge financial rewards.
Ask Tyson Fury, or ask Canelo.
This is a sport that just will not take testing seriously. For crying out loud even chess players are getting randomly tested. Yet the dangerous sport of boxing still keeps putting on this meaningless charade.
The more conspiracy minded amongst us might want to question what the real criteria is for a failed test. Why don't the big names ever fail more often?
Even when they do, the authorities immediately start their grovelling and abject apologising as we saw on the Canelo case.
I'm a long time fan of the truly great Manny Pacquiao, but the slack testing before his last fight did nothing to convince me that he is clean. In fact were any of them (Mayweather, Marquez, and even Manny himself) ever clean?
Money doesn't talk, it swears. Usually with an American accent in boxing. PED use and it's political aspects within the sport is certainly an area every coach must be looking at very carefully beforehand.
They owe it to their fighters to do so. Anything else would be grossly irresponsible.

The way the cogs turn in boxing nowadays, it would take about 58 years for two topline HWs to fight each other 4 times.
