Mother would give me £1 after school sometimes. The shops were just up from the school.

I'd get x2 packs of Merlin football stickers for 40p. A Taz (always better than Freddo) 10p. A "best in" strawberry milkshake 39p and a packet of Space Raiders for 10p.

When pogs came out I would sometimes ditch the Taz for a chocolate and banana chupa chups lollipop. Which would come with a free pog.

Timeout, Astros, Fuse (one of my favs), Cadbury Marble, Fox's Echo, dweebs sweets all gone now!
