Yeah Witter pulled out of a fight with Magee, wanted no part of Kelson Pinto too if I remember rightly.

I don't remember Witter avoiding Pinto? I do recall Hatton wanted no part of Pinto.

Hatton went pro at 18 and was 5 years younger than Witter

I though Pinto pulled out of the Hatton fight to fight Cotto instead? Remember Hatton being pissed off about it.

You're correct.

Hatton was down to fight Pinto and it got cancelled on the week of the fight. Pinto didn't show up, claiming contractual, personal and medical issues.

Yeah Pinto pulled out of the fight and I think Hatton ended up fighting a Danish guy instead.
