Allen KO has got to be practically free money. There is no way this 320lb boxer/bodybuilder who Buddy McGirt can't watch on the bag without laughing is going to last 10 rounds eating shots from Allen.

Unless it turns out Allen has spent lockdown eating even more than Lovejoy, but given he was training for Hammer, I would expect him to be in at least respectable shape.

Allen’s 1/4 which is bigger price than I expected.

Any heavyweight in this day and age reeling off 19 straight knock outs would be all over the internet. The lack of online video suggests to me this guy is a dud. Would love to see Dave revive his career with an entertaining win on a PPV show. Looks like the bookies have done their homework on Lovejoy...

Fair play to Lovejoy though , most boxers have loads of training or fight vids up on social media, he seems to of avoided showing how good he is to the public

Looks around 9/2 for both those rounds. It’s hard to know how bad Lovejoy is. 19 fights at the lowest level possible. I’d like to think Allen will take him out sharpish to avoid disaster.

Ya probably right, you don't build a record like that if you and your people have even the slightest confidence in your boxing, prob paid all those guys to go down and never been in a real fight with an actual boxer trying to beat him

Good Post. He's a punch bag against anyone with any sort of ability. His last fight was also very suspect and the betting was under investigation. If lovejoy has the ability to do 10 rounds on the heavy bag at a good pace he should win.

What’s nonsense? I know he’s a journeyman so what ? So what if he didn’t train for a fight, plenty of top fighters have done that too, its a tough game and I don’t begrudge someone trying to operate above their level to earn a few quid, so I take it you didn’t show any interest at all in his fights against Whyte, Yoka, Ortiz, Browne or Price? Don’t really think he’s done anything worth slagging off for, at least he’s having a go rather than sat around on his arse Passing judgement
