Re: Worst ppv ever ?
Why would anyone pay for any PPV, it’s all out there for free
Re: Worst ppv ever ?
Good point, and for a mug like me that paid for Saturday night, this is my reason for shelling out - it was just easier to click a couple of buttons on my remote and get a clear picture on my TV rather than looking for a credible feed that won't infect my computer with a load of viruses.Nightmare Roy wrote: ↑02 Nov 2020, 05:44 Why would anyone pay for any PPV, it’s all out there for free
I know that someone's going to come on and tell me that it's very easy to find these PPVs on the net and that I can hook it up to my TV etc. I realise that, but maybe I'm just too lazy to arse around doing so!

Mate, if you've got the money and £20 won't set you back much, then why not?milpool wrote: ↑02 Nov 2020, 07:50Good point, and for a mug like me that paid for Saturday night, this is my reason for shelling out - it was just easier to click a couple of buttons on my remote and get a clear picture on my TV rather than looking for a credible feed that won't infect my computer with a load of viruses.Nightmare Roy wrote: ↑02 Nov 2020, 05:44 Why would anyone pay for any PPV, it’s all out there for free

Or at least even now, say 4 mates come together and put in £5 each..
Still cheaper than going out to watch it..
Re: Worst ppv ever ?
Yeah exactly. I might not agree with all these PPVs but I love boxing and £20 isn't going to break the bank.Ruthless-RKO wrote: ↑02 Nov 2020, 08:14Mate, if you've got the money and £20 won't set you back much, then why not?milpool wrote: ↑02 Nov 2020, 07:50Good point, and for a mug like me that paid for Saturday night, this is my reason for shelling out - it was just easier to click a couple of buttons on my remote and get a clear picture on my TV rather than looking for a credible feed that won't infect my computer with a load of viruses.Nightmare Roy wrote: ↑02 Nov 2020, 05:44 Why would anyone pay for any PPV, it’s all out there for free

Re: Worst ppv ever ?
Last ppv I paid for, well chipped in to was AJ Vlad and I didn’t mind as that was worthy of it, but the stuff that is PPV now just takes the absolute piss. £20 for what was essentially a decent gatekeeper vs a CW having his second HW pro outing with a shit undercard, ffs. £20 for that on top of the monthly subscription, you’re having a bubble!milpool wrote: ↑02 Nov 2020, 08:27Yeah exactly. Re: Worst ppv ever ?
You're right, there was no way that Saturday night should have been anywhere near a PPV. Ironic that we were treated to a much better card for free later on Channel 5!Nightmare Roy wrote: ↑02 Nov 2020, 08:35Last ppv I paid for, well chipped in to was AJ Vlad and I didn’t mind as that was worthy of it, but the stuff that is PPV now just takes the absolute piss. £20 for what was essentially a decent gatekeeper vs a CW having his second HW pro outing with a poo undercard, ffs. £20 for that on top of the monthly subscription, you’re having a bubble!milpool wrote: ↑02 Nov 2020, 08:27Yeah exactly. Re: Worst ppv ever ?
How can it be viable for C5 to show it, totally advert free incidentally, yet BT and Sky shy away from it.
Huge credit to channel 5 ..... putting so called specialist sports channels to shame

Re: Worst ppv ever ?
Hate Vs Harrison was a real stinker of a PPV.
