But by your own (deeply flawed) logic, Watson allegedly won the 10th round because McCallum was hurt. As MT has already pointed out - if you lose rounds in boxing for being hurt, and you are claiming McCallum was hurt every round then ergo every round must be a Watson round.

Credit where credit is due, not everyone is able to create an entirely new way of scoring boxing matches just to avoid having to say they were completely wrong about something.

One guy won the round because he punched the other guy more than the other guy punched him.

Ok, so just to be clear, you are changing the goalposts for about the fourth time now and are saying it is not to do with being hurt any more, it is about who landed more?
If that is now the case and you are completely backtracking on your earlier stance, can you confirm that you believe the 10th was a clear Watson round because he punched McCallum more than McCallum punched him?

Watson had a very good 6th round too. Could easily score 10-10 or either way.

Though McCallum dominated him in the 9th. Possibly even a 10-8. Such a gutsy effort by Watson to come back like that in the 10th.

Come on, lads, were better than this. I fell into the trap last week when he started a thread on how good Wharton was.... now Watson. It just makes his obsession look better. It will be Dan Sherry next.

Wharton struggled desperately when stepping up to area level against Lou Gent and Slugger O’Toole.

I’m sure Henry and Dan Sherry are lovely fellas but they weren’t near the league of Michael Watson.

In a British title fight or Commonwealth? One in a huge football stadium at 22? I think Chris was still hiding in train toilets at that age.

Eubank was beating Anthony Logan clearly (fair and square) at the Albert Hall on ITV. The same Logan who had just very, very nearly stopped top world contender Benn.

13 days after an all-out war with Carlton Warren at 20 years old? Yup, you bet.

I’m going to leave it there. You obviously don’t have a clue about the 12st guys of that era and I think you need help.

Sorry, lads, shouldn’t rise to it. Just spoke to him Cog, he asked who you were, as you say you’re a former pro. If you think I’m lying, he also told me George Davey will be announced for a card for FW this afternoon.
