To be honest it was the perfect opponent. After his last fight he needs to be sparring loads and have a few confidence builders.

Showed a lot of heart. Then got smashed our cold by a great right hand.
I wanna see Benn/Lerejagga in March when Benn UDs Algieri 120-108z
Benn/Lejarraga would be good but Benn won’t be moving up and I can’t see Lejarraga moving back to Welter.

When Flatley was down Kerman gestured for his cornerman tocalm down and not celebrate as they slid into the ring.

Do have to say over celebrating when an opponent is unconscious is a bugbear of mine.

Lejarraga's last KO was brutally beautiful. He still has rocks in his hands.

Decently impressed with Biacho and Alonso.

Wouldn't mind seeing Lejarraga in with Smith again or Williamson who seems keen to step right up

Brave, brave effort from Flatley :salut:

I've noticed before Kerman has shown good sportsmanship. He tows the balance well between entertaining the crowd and respect for his opponents :TU:

Lejarraga is a proven 2 weight European champion. A world title shot in Spain would be fitting reward for his career.

Or how about an all Spanish blockbuster with Sergio Garcia (who only just lost his unbeaten record yesterday over in the States) :box:

yeah he was very very respectful to the last dude he fought that got stopped (on a cut I think? French kid I think?) and was sure to raise the guy's arm and get him acknowledged by his fans after the fight.

real class.

He was good to Bradley Skeete too a few years ago after turning back another challenger.

Funny to think that back then there was almost this impression from the Skeete camp that all he had to do was turn up, collect the EBU title then dethrone Jeff Horn (then WBO champ) in a formality. Didn't quite go to plan !
