Will provide more stability to the hand and wrist. I don’t have much of an issue with it as long as Donaire is able to do the same.

liam smith, hand wraps authority now, gonna be making everyone rewrap their hands
he's throwing some shade on inoue there.....bellew saying it's all fine on the other hand. several mentions that donaire's team asked for that type of taping at the rules meeting before the fight.

Just rewatched Inoue v Donaire 1 again as no football as I can’t afford Premier Sports.
Great watch; but how did Robert Hoyle have it 6-6 and another judge 10-2?
I had it 116-111 second time around

that's another option, though i generally find fulton to be pretty boring. would like monster vs murodjon as the 122 fight for monster

The Monster thrashes Butler then onto a catchweight mega fight with Chocolatito

Same. Not that I think Cassy has a chance, but probably more of a chance than Butty

casimero never even lost to get kicked out of the convo either, same guy absolutely wrecked tete (remember how butler fared?) and has been on a great run. i'd take him to ko butler too. entertaining, powerful puncher. what's to dislike about him vs inoue if he can make weight? it's a much better fight than inoue-butler, but of course no extra belt
although maybe liam smith and the hand wrap police will arrest inoue first

well inoue is now but burnett would have had a few years now to experince , shame that fight never happened, because inoue is so good you want to see him in a real 50/50 , but i feel he aint big enough to move up ,kinda stuck in away

i dont think any amount of expoerience would do it for burnett, inoue simply a better fighter
agree on him being really small for 122 , might be where he over stretches it

That was a beautiful finish, when he staggered him for the first shot, he didn't come flying in milling like a lunatic, he stayed at mid range, and broke him apart - a masterclass on how to finish a hurt opponent, not looking for a single big shot, but jabbing, throwing combinations, and straight shots, not giving them any time to recover.
A lof of big punchers would do well to watch that, it was the accuracy of the shots finished him, not massive sweeping haymakers

As much as I rave about Inoue, he did get caught a couple of times.
Anyone else concerned or is he untouchable

inoue got with hit like 10 punches all fight. donaire maybe landed 1 in every 5 shots. would hardly call it concerning.
he does get hit some, but for an offensive minded boxer, inoue's defense is pretty good.
i think at the moment the only way he loses is by overstretching himself weight wise. he's already smaller at 118 and will be tiny at 122. beneath that weight, i'd still like to see him fight some of the likes of gonzales, ioka, estrada somehow. casimero is a fun fight too, cassy usually lays out the guys who trade with him

At bantamweight I think Inoue's untouchable (not literally, he is prepared to take a shot to land one or more...unbeatable I'd say at the moment).
Inoue is so effective at dishing it out it's the opposition that need to be concerned about what they're taking.
He's shown no weakness that the opposition can exploit to the extent where he can be beaten.
Barring another Mexican superstar rising to prominence very shortly, Inoue looks like he can continue to cean up...and in style.
If Nayoa packed it in tomorrow, he's had an amazing career. Not just in terms of the factual success, but how's he gone about achieving it

Love to see Inoue dabble at 122lbs and see if a Fulton fight is possible. Could be a whitaker v nelson or not.
