I know right?
Never ever has Connor Benn acted like a man of God.
Well, maybe, it depends what or who he call God.
I just remember him celebrating the unmoving Chris Algieri on the canvas like it was job well done.
No one does that except psychopaths.

Ban for life if caught. Whole team need to be punished.

Boxing is a lethal sport. Someone will die and the opponent will test positive. Even when it comes to dementia or nurological issues - there will be a correlation found.

Society is getting more cautious about head injuries and if boxing doesn’t sort itself out it’s getting banned.

100% agree..
And way better put than I could have.
The last five years we have learned a massive amount about CTE and how early it can ruin your life, and the people around you.
I would not be surprised if boxing gets banned in developed countries in the next 2-5 years, and these drug cheats are doing nothing to help the sport.

But you can order them legally online in the UK from underground type online supplement stores. Huge debate whether they actually work that well. Probably hugely harmful in the long term.
Baby Miller was on GW1516, which is likely safe for a few weeks but carries cancer fears if used for months into years. GW0742 was developed to try and make it safer but doesn't seem to have helped.

It shows up in urine for a considerable time after you stop, is the problem, so you have to make educated guesses on your visits (gonna come back to this in my next reply). Quit using too early and you might've taken a risk for nothing. It's also really effective for some people and does hardly anything for others.

A bit like TUEs, where you mightn't see much benefit from asthma meds without at least a mild obstructive weakness. Highly variable gains seems to be common with PEDs from much of what I've read.

maverick23 wrote: 02 Nov 2022, 05:16I don’t know the cost of it so that may be prohibitive but someone like Johnny Fisher has been a pro nearly 2 years and said recently he’s never been tested. There isn’t a massive deterrent there.
Yeah, I think this is the main thing that informs current athletes. If I were a trainer I'd log testing dates to see if they're truly random, or if the bodies maybe prioritise testing closer to fights. Because it feels logical to least suspect doping far out from major fights, what with the drop-off in gains if that boxer remains ‘clean’ thereafter.

So if testing seemed less frequent at that point, I'd be advising my fighters to dose early and do their best to minimise their loss of gains throughout camp. It can still be a hefty initial leg-up. But then maybe testing is properly random, with big names trying and failing to predict their cycle timings.

In general, I do think the days of going Full Ronnie are over (with the possible exception of tennis and certain other sports, where you can just keep ‘retiring’ with injuries). And I don't think it's always obvious, in that you might find a light puncher on HGH, or someone with poor cardio on EPO.

Makes me wonder if Groves was clean on that front, and might've beaten Froch in one of their fights with some endurance help. At least we know Joyce's chin is natural!

but the thing with peds is there is so many for different usages what will warrant a life time ban i mean drugs like coke dam i mean i dont like running up stairs on that unless ive had a beer to take the edge of :OhYes: , peds have been around since the cold war 1950s i werent born till the 80s but i know that, if any one follows football soccer for the American friends a lot of the Barcelona team in 2010s lot of epo was talked about dutch players banned they had coaches , its every were i still dont think some fighters even though there taking it, iam not that naïve to suggest recent ones didn't know, and there is good people on the forum that have taken roids and will tell you the gains from it
