With that said, Hrgovic would win by knockout if these two stepped in the ring against each other.

Not a bad title fight. In fact it's quite good.

Hrgovic via TKO. He's is still improving. Ruiz has looked good since he upset Joshua years ago.

If you thought his last outing showed improvement, I'm not exactly sure what you watched. Hrg is never was, never will be IMHO. Ruiz will beat him down.

Perhaps some people seem to have short or selective memories.

Hrgovic looked awful against Zhang.

It will be interesting to see whether that was just a one off blip or whether he's as severely limited as he looked.

Any Andy Ruiz would be a good test.

A fighting fit Ruiz might be too much for Filip to handle.

In any case I can't see Hrgovic being too keen on this matchup.

Ruiz v Wilder might be a better bet.

Could happen. I just observed a guy who was very uncomfortable when his opponent fired back and I could see Fat Andy stopping him.

Fat Andy has shown a so-so chin, limited reach, and is well, fat. Hrgovic was distracted vs Zhang and suffered and iffy knockdown where a punch / push combination on a wet ring. The fishy knockdown combined with the loss of his father is the reason why the fight was close. Hrgovic won 8 or 9 of 12 rounds.

Ruiz lacks Zhang's reach, size, power and southpaw style. Joshua showed he is easy to outbox.
I hope Ruiz comes in shape. There will be no excuse then. The poster oogiebe does not like Hrgovic. Let's hope the fight happens,

I scored it round by round. Zhang came up short. But let's get back to Ruiz for the moment. He won his last two matches over a shot 40 year old Areola who floored him and a 43 year old Ortiz who cut him. They were old as dirt. If he was still good he should have knocked them out. I'm not impressed!

He does not punch hard ( not nearly had as Zhang ), has a remarkably short reach ( next to Hrgovic ) and selected and fought sensor citizens for a reason. He's no deluxe boxer either or defensive wizard. With his belly he will have trouble matching Hrgovic's footwork. He won't get into his range often. Hrgovic is going the beat Ruiz badly. Be sure to watch it and lets hope Ruiz is in shape. After this fight there should no more questions on Hgovic as he is one of the best four heavyweights in boxing. Well there will be one question. How good is he? A run in the mlll world champion or something a bit more? We shall see. I doubt Fury fights him.

LOL! Big Hrg fan are ya? Just because I don't like a fighter doesn't mean I don't still call it as I see it. I have nothing against Hrg as a person, I just think he's merely so-so. No need to get all hurt over it!

Yeah buddy. I'm a big fanboy. Hrgovic might be the only one in a poor top ten who is not old or fat. This is not to say he's great. It is to say he's the only one. Your obvisouly a hater who likes the old or fat fighters, so go ahead and say he's not all that. It not some form of defense for the old and fat men matter how hard you try. Your analysis of who is so-so is laughable.

Go fat Andy! And try not get cut again by old and fat men. You might want to root for Jake Paul.

Eddie Hearn targeting Wilder vs Ruiz for June 3

Looks like Eddie is in conversations to make Wilder part of his stable and is trying to make the Andy Ruiz Jr fight for June 3 in the Middle East.

Personally think Wilder wins that, and then both in the same stable goes on to fight Joshua in the summer.

That the same date Bivol is supposed to be out in UAE?

This that was the original plan/rumour, but now looks like trying to make Wilder-Ruiz. He did talk about Bivol-Buatsi also, but didn't sound too optimistic about it. I think Buatsi will be looking for the Yarde fight now.
