Comfortable win for Tszyu, while I wouldn't say Mendoza was in survival mode he did look preoccupied all night about what Tszyu might do, he hurt Mendoza a few times, methodically broke him down, Mendoza tough though, Tszyu guilty of maybe not putting enough thought into his work but he controlled the ring, was never flustered and got the first defence under his belt

I really don't see Charlo fighting him ever... Madrimov would be good, I think Israil beats him. Too much talent.

I thought Brian Mendoza was Brian Castano from the moment this fight was made until about round 6😕

I blame the lack of PBC shows shown in UK, since allegedly fell a few years back, PBC have shown no interest in a British TV, Sky Sports show Top Rank shows, DAZN show Golden Boy but nadda from PBC, these fools don't promote, love inactivity and ppv, they've ruined HBO, Showtime and Fox, they have talent but as good as Al Haymon might be for fighters he's nowhere near as good for the sport

Tszyu was patient and clinical in his breaking down of a very dangerous opponent in Mendoza. Tszyu wisely respected Mendoza's power until the final bell.

Ultimately this was probably a good bout for Tim to work on the things he needs to work on. Or rather to see what doesn't work.

It was Tszyu's biggest test yet and he not only came through with flying colours, he will have learnt a lot from it too.

Tszyu came out of it looking good, he was patient smart and realized what he had in front of him.
By the half way mark I had it roughly even, Mendoza was giving as good as he got.
Tszyu stepped it up and took a number of rounds after that which won the fight for him.
It was competitive, Mendoza deserves credit, he didn't lay down and gave a good account of himself.
Looks like Tszyu is coming to North America, should be interesting to see who they pick for him.

I don't think she realises she doesn't contribute anything to this fight..
For the record, it was his sister..
