barosso 40 years old, been years back he was stopped by ant crolla, now arguably at his career peak. grandpa ages in reverse (well except for his appearance)

Lol.
I actually expected a good, competitive fight on that one.
Doubt anyone argues that stoppage.

Ohara and left hands, timeless love story... some justice for the wine-aging Barroso
Talking about superlights, it's absurd Barboza haven't had a title shot yet
Raul Curiel is a sniper

Still surprising that OHD can't beat a 40 y/0 that was stopped by Crolla @ LW when unbeaten about 8 (?) years ago..!

Think he's nuts - they all say "I want the big fights" and they mean "big paydays" - hard to see how he gets more than $2m anywhere ??
No reason he couldn't win either.

2m seems like a good offer to me. maybe he wants to be the star and got the vibe that he was being matched as an opponent there, i dunno

I think he's gambling on getting a Garcia fight which has the potential to be worth way more than 2 million.

But $2m tho ! For a 140 pounder !
You could just about retire on that, plus double or treble more if you win.

Ok.
THAT was early.......
......but let's not forget Weeks has had at least one fighter die because he let him go the distance.

What the fckn hell is Tony Weeks playing at? Ortiz hurts Lawson backs him on the ropes then steps in as Ortiz is laying in trying to get the breakthrough Lawson's tucking up blocking nearly everything then Weeks just casually walks in and stops it, , genuinely one of the worst stoppages I've ever seen, I'm stunned

absolutely - there were a lot of deaths in British rings and we got the "British Stoppage".
Too early for sure, but refs don't wanna be the guy that lets one go on too long.
