Really good fight, had Benavidez ahead 115-111 but suppose it could've been wider , Morrell was clever at finishing rounds strong, he's a tough Cuban Morrell, classy but doesn't mind getting his hands dirty but Benavidez was class, strong, great combination puncher, digs well to the body, great work rate, didn't give Morrell peace, he's got a good a boxing brain as well, really impressive but Beterbiev will chew him up, he's there for him, thought the knockdown in the 11th looked harsh on Benavidez but didn't see a good replay

Benavidez is one of the most exciting fighters on the planet

The wins he's racking up is very impressive and he should probably be a bigger star than he is.

He deserves his crack at the big time and I hope the winner of Beterbiev v Bivol obliges him.
