I reckon his dad maybe to do with this, Charles said he realised that Daniel listened to his dad a lot and he had to involve him in the training process, maybe Sims tried to stop that and it didn’t work.

Pretty sure it went something like this. Stan Dubois started telling Sims how to do his job so Sims kicks them both out the gym. Sims isnt a yes man like Don Charles. Remember Mark Tibbs kicked him out of his gym within a week for the same reason. Kieran Farrell left his team for the same reason. Really not sure why Stan dosnt just train him himself as he seems to think he has all the answers. To sumarize Don Charles is basically a puppet who will do what hes told and in return he gets to call himself Dubois trainer and gets paid well.

While he doesn't particularly stand up for himself, I guess he gets paid well, he did a good job with DDD, more than a puppet.

When Dd dumps him and publicly humiliates him again ,which he, will Don Charles will deserve it , shown a distinct lack of pride and ability to be a yes man . When approached should of told them to fook off , On talk sports he just sang there praises Dd needs his dad ect ect .. He must off already been offered his job back and blew his opportunity to be his own man instead sold his soul to stay relevent ,instead of saying fook you i,mgonna make another champion

On the other hand Sims and Tibbs don't care about the $ or chance to call themselves trainer of a heavweigh champion of the world. They weren't about compromise there principals and let Stan Dubious tell them what to do. They can look themselves in the mirror and know they stayed true to themselves. Both have gone up in my estimation.....potentially lost millions because it was there way or no way.

Its called Principals ,seems Tibbs and Sims both have them ,along with this Keiren fella. Just watched 25 minuites on u tube od Don Charles talking absolute shite and rubbish , 25 minuites of licking there arse and telling the interviewer he is not a yes man . But even says after he was sacked he was messaging Stan to tell him he enjoyed working with them . The guy is desperate to tell the world how he,s not an arse licker . Hes mature and old the desperation of wanting to be included is nauseating . HE WILL GET SACKED AGAIN
