Just googled him, one of the greatest kick boxers of all time apparently, even so it’s for the WBC title and he will be 37 and only had one pro boxing match. The sport is becoming more of a circus year by year.

same! its a kick in the teeth for everyone in the wbc rankings if its for the title, usyk has earned the right to face who he wants but at least let it be a legitimate boxing contender

They could be gambling a little with the weather. I'm going to assume it will be at night because it gets HOT in the summer in Egypt. It could easily be 25+ at night.

It probably does, but he'll be defending the Undisputed Championship against Rico Verhoeven all the same.

25 at night is nothing compared to outdoor fights at Vegas. Guys have fought in 40 + in Vegas. outdoors.
