117-111 O'Doherty, volume won on the day, over 1100 punches thrown, incredible output, Hatim's work rate wasn't that low but compared to O'Doherty he couldn't compete, it was pretty even early on I had it a draw after 4, both quite similar in the sense that neither are punchers or particularly strong but don't mind getting in the trenches and fighting up close, ref never got involved, Hatim was tough and got off some quality work but O'Doherty just chipped away, ground him down and as it got down the stretch, he pulled further away and picked up the pace even, insane engine

If you’re a Dave fan are you keen to see this matchup? I’d rather see him fight somone for the English title as a slight favorite…

Also the undercard was trash…I don’t see how they thought the could get away with that.

Probably needs one. He’s been a pro for well over a decade and never looked like has done in his last two fights.

It is a tough sell. Dave is popular so, if you like him, why pay to watch him likely get battered? Spoke to a few from Donny saying this. That said, we could miss a special moment if he pulls it off.

Agreed the undercard is terrible though.

Suspicious or otherwise, Gomez Jr was an absolute machine there. Looked like he could go for 15 rounds.

What an unlikeable character Gomez is.

Gomez does have red flags, engine, being cocky/dick. Recent form.

I’m not aware that Dave has given any indication as to how he will actually win this fight.
