The number of days in UK is not the issue, it’s about being taxed by HMRC on income earned in the UK.

I haven’t been keeping up to date but I remember it became an issue for tennis players at Wimbledon back in the day with HMRC wanting to tax not only their winnings but also any sponsorship income they had made in the year on a pro rata basis.

So say you played 10 tournaments a year, one being Wimbledon (10%) , they didn’t only want to tax you on tournament winnings from Wimbledon, but also wanted to tax 10% of all your other sponsorship earnings. So say you were getting £10m per annum from Nike, they would want to tax £1m of that too.

(Or something along those lines )

Wach hasn't beaten a worthwhile opponent since 2017 when he outpointed Erkan Teper over 12 rounds. Among his 13 losses is a wide 2020 points defeat to Tyson's cousin, Hughie Fury.

Is it Ring Mag or Goldstar who are funding it? or is Fury funding it?
