So starve and dehydrate yourself and thats how it happens then. Thats fucked up so these guys ain't naturally made for those weights then? So when I wake I'd be 15 stone then a bit heavier once I have a drink then?

If you wake at 15 stone with a dry throat you'll probably be nearer 15 stone 5/6 by middle of the day. Imagine waking up at 15 stone having barely drank water or ate anything in a couple of days and then eating massive hearty meals and taking on loads of water. You'd easily be 16 stone the next day.

They are effectively Light Middles fighting at Light Welter.

Hatton comes down from about 13 stone to get to 10 stone.

Imagine it got to the stage where boxers were like Christian Bale? He's a natural cruiser (well, light heavy really), yet managed to make super-bantam for that film he was in. Was actually trying for minimumweight, yet thankfully was talked out of it.

What film?

And also, that was probably a lot of excess.

The Machinist.

It defies belief how different he looks.

The impressive thing is that he had to go from somalian to Batman for his next role, he had to put on a lot of muscle to get the part.
