for what its worth, i hold wins over ezzard charles, archie moore, jersey joe walcott over wins over dick tiger, chris finnegan, and mike quarry.

O and edwin rosario did hit harder than roberto duran. however, duran was the greater puncher.

earnie shavers hit harder than joe louis, but louis was the greater puncher. get it?

No I don't get it mate and don't need to get it from you either, if I need your rather arrogant advise I'll ask for it, ...I know you think that the sun shines out of Rockys arse but I don't, get it!!?...
Also your descriptions of fighters that hit hard yet are not great punchers makes me think you skipped too many English lessons mate!....

just telling you that I 'get it' just because I don't agree with you doesn't mean I don't get it mate. I think someone needs to read about someone other than Rocky Marciano for a change....

why do u keep saying that? I know a lot about a shitload of other fighters, so i would appreciate it if u stop saying that!

why do u think i rate rocky 5th on my all time heavyweuight list? because there are others ive studied that i felt should be ranked over him.

in fact I like joe louis just as much as marciano, but i never have to talk up joe or defend him because no one ever critzizes joe or ranks him unfairly. marciano on the other hand, is the most critzized heavyweight of all time.

How is Marciano the most criticised heavyweight of all time?... thats just not true!. Whenever people talk about the great heavyweight champions Marcianos name always comes up, is that being unfairly criticised??. On the other hand Frazier is often only mentioned alongside Ali and many people have never heard of Jeffries and only know Liston because of Ali... and when it comes to Holmes many people just go on about his loss to Tyson... these are the great champions who are unduly criticised... you can add Jim Corbett, SuLLIVAN, Tunney, Charles all to that list too... all these champs are treated far harsher than Marcinao even though at least half of them were probably better fighters than Rocky...

Does anyone know why it took 16 months for DeJesus to get a title shot after his 10 round decision win over Duran ?
