To a degree, but when Lirva used this forum for months to make the bet, then goad DCIAC about losing 500 quid soon and going on and on about it, and demanding the money... then it changes the whole complexion a little IMO. He used to the forum to make the bet but it's more a personal thing between who he made it with not the forum.
